The last straw was my daughter and I went for manicures. We waited 45 minutes even though we had an appointment. Lyly the owner started the shellac removal in both my hands and one of my daughters and left the other. We tried to get her attention however she was answering the phone and doing nails for customers. She came back and we told her and she chastised us for not letting her know! Really!!!! We finally got into the manicures we each picked colours based on the examples. Lyly did my daughters nails and she picked a light colour almost neutral. As it was being done it looked like prom dress pink my daughter a young adult said something and Lyly did not address the issue. My daughter continued to tell her that the other girl put two colours and Lyly demanded my daughter tell her which two as she must know in order for her to do it. My daughter ended up with bright pink prom dress( turns out that's the colour Lyly used) on her nails. She left in tears as she had a function that night and was so embarrassed. We are now 2.5 hours invested and Lyly has no resolve for this. We will never return and we were loyal 3 year customers monthly manicures and bi monthly pedicures. That will be the last time Lyly will get my money as we left there and went to the brand new salon passion nails. Wow they were so helpful they fixed my daughters nails for a small cost but that smile when they were fixed was priceless. If you want bad service, long waits and nails that are not what you wanted then Lyly is for you. If you want service and quality go to passion nails. A former Lyly customer

I was not putting my hand in far enough for the UV light to go off and this seemed to frustrate one of the workers (unsure if it was the owner), as they were busy. I apologized and told them I had never been here so the lights were new to me & the nail tech still seemed frustrated. Overall, it was an okay experience, my nails turned out how I wanted them. Apart from her being completely unhygienic and extremely rough she also opened the door multiple times during my service and was accepting personal store phone calls. I feel absolutely disgusting after this wax and believe I need to go be checked by a doctor, she continuously use the same stick after I asked her multiple times to get a fresh one after every dip, she never wore any gloves nor washed her hands before or after the service and was touching, almost everything you could think of in the salon while doing my service. aside from all of that my wax was not performed to my expectations and I also received a lot of wax burns and physical cuts. I had asked her why I have cuts everywhere and she said I came in that way. I do not recommend this place for any type of waxing service because just remember if you go to get your eyebrows waxed, there's probably someone's Coochie hair in the wax bowl. this place is completely disgusting and unkept and unorganized. If I could give it a zero star rating I would I literally feel like I need to call the police and sue them after this experience. if you love your vagina, don't go there. this was not my first option however I really needed a wax and they were the only thing near me. I had my hair done for my cousin's wedding last weekend. I have naturally curly and very healthy…read morehair. The stylist used a straightening iron to curl my hair which I've had done before and turned out fine. The updo she created was great, but it wasn't until I took out the pins, washed my hair and tried to style my hair curly when I realized the damage done to my hair. The stylist must have used too hot of a setting for now when I let my hair dry naturally it remains straight as a board. Since I don't reside in Welland and flew in to attend the wedding, I can't go back to the salon for a refund. I'd look elsewhere if wanting a stylist as the girls were rude to some of the people who had appointments to get their hair done for the wedding and unfortunately, the other party members had to get their hair styled elsewhere.
