When I got home I noticed there was no color/bronzer in the crease below my glutes on the back of my legs. I showered the next morning, hoping it would not be noticeable, but it was. After reviewing the company's policy to contact them "within 2 days of your original spray and we will gladly try and correct it or provide you with a store credit [valued at the tan you received] for a future service," I called in. I tried to explain my situation, but the owner was beyond rude and refused to believe that they did not spray me completely. I had taken photos to show proof, but she did not seem to care and did not adhere to the policy that she created. I will not return to her business.

The last package expired last week. $60 for 50 minutes (6 sessions) in the lowest level bed. Not only did my money just suddenly have no value when I went to buy a new package it was now $84 for 5 sessions. The front desk receptionist or tanologist said "well if you don't come we get to keep your money". Cmon Catherine.
