No problem for Vicki, who just went out & found us great stuff. She booked us on a tubing adventure, a great luau, and what was easily the best helicopter tour on Kauai. When we needed to make changes, as we did several times, she was quick and flexible about doing so. I normally book travel myself, but I would go back to her in a heartbeat.

Twenty-five hungry children were left waiting in the rain while we tried to figure out where the bus was. Another bus driver from the same company was already there before our group even arrived and continued with the schedule, while our group was delayed for over an hour because our bus never showed up on time. This level of unreliability during a school trip with children is unacceptable. Students, teachers, and chaperones should not have to wait in bad weather because of poor scheduling and lack of accountability. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves its coordination and communication.

But here's something they don't advertise that is of GREAT VALUE: They can help you get your visa done FASTER than if you went through the process yourself because they are more connected with the consult than we are. We didn't touch our bags once, and were greeted with another lei, cold water, and fragrant wet towels and wisked away by a motor yacht. My husband surprised me one night and booked a private romantic sunset catamaran tour that was out of this world, we swam with dolphins, sharks, snorkeled, and ate the most amazing food in the world. He said they could do a 8 person for $142/hour, or a Mercedes S Class for $250. I chose the limo. Twice while reconfirming my reservation he said "So the S Class, right?" (can you see where this is going?) I said no, the limo, and he said oh right right. He took all my info and said he'd send me a confirmation. I received it same day, which is great, but I didn't look at it til the next day and when I did, of course, there was the S Class instead of the limo. So, I called. The guy who helped me, Abe, was very helpful, however it seems his co-hort misspoke. They don't DO hourly limo rentals without a 3 hour minimum. ARGH. I had been specific that that was NOT what I wanted, as we didn't need a limo for a whole evening, just to et us from Woodbridge to DC. They allowed me to cancel service with no charges, but they also said they'd review my phone call that had been recorded and if the other guy did indeed offer me what I was claiming, they would honor it. It's now tuesday and no follow up from them. Not that I really expected one because it's much easier to just hope I go away and use another service, which I have done. So no idea if they are any good in terms of service but double check your confirmation and make it VERY clear what you want!!
