Usually I pick up a six pack, and they typically have a good assortment of craft beers to choose from, not to mention the many bomber sized bottles in stock as well. They have an interesting section of local wines, most of which quite cheap (in a good way) and tempting. Also be sure to check out their case full of truly expensive liquids (such as thousand dollar sixty year old scotch). Never had a bad experience, check them out.

The prices of top shelf items are probably a dollar or two different than what you may pay for alcohol at other neighboring stores. What I've found is hat the wine is on the higher end while the spirits are slightly cheaper. They have some local wines here but if that's what you're looking for the 541 shop rite around the way may be what you're looking for.

Per the state mandation, children under 2 are not required to wear a mask. It is legitimately a health hazard for him to wear one. This employee was ignorant to both this mandation and in his treatment to me and my son. Additionally, none of the other employees spoke up to tel him he was wrong. I will never bring my business here again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Pennsylvania is finally lightening up a bit with the Blue Laws and I just found out!…read more We were dining at a BYOB Japanese restaurant on a Sunday and I had no clue they did not have a liquor license when we chose to dine there. BYOB's are very common place in PA. but usually I know in advance. Once seated I asked to see their wine list and was quickly informed there was none. Oh my, it's Sunday and our server said there is a State Store two doors down, I reminded her that it was Sunday, she assured me they were open. What the hey, not believing her I decided to check it out and sure enough they were open and I bought my bottle of chilled wine. I came home and checked the PLCB's site and there are now 154 Sunday stores open in Pennsylvania from noon until 5:00pm! Yay, PA. is finally growing up! You still will not find wine, beer or spirits in a grocery store or market, the PLCB controls it all except for a few scattered here and there in the big cities. Am I happy and a lush? You betcha!
