A few months later their ice cream truck catered my in laws wedding in Ashville. I was informed they posted a photo of my kids on their IG so that's how I was able to find and follow them on IG. Saw them going live one day and determined i found the parking lot they were in. The wait was finally over and boy was it worth it! I couldn't decide what to get so I went with the Lemon Pepper BBQ with gas and fries. Never heard of that flavor so why not. The only way to describe it was to say I have about 6 wings, and fries with like 2 napkins and 2 packs of ketchup. I sat in my truck with the food on my lap about 30 yds from the food counter scarfing it all down. I didn't even want to stop to go get more ketchup or napkins they were so good. Next week, I'm hunting them down(or shooting them a DM on IG) to get that shrimp po boy! Oh and the ice cream...DAmN!!! It's good.

The shrimp was alright I really didn't like it or the flavor and it was over seasoned. The guy was working by himself and did a great job serving the whole building while still maintaining a smile and great customer service. I don't have pictures of my food because I ate first before thinking to do a rating, however I have a picture of my coworker wing platter and funnel cake. The place was packed, the drive thru line was wrapped around the building and the customers were growing impatient waiting for their orders. We got in line and waited to place our order wondering if we made a mistake. It wasn't a very long wait until we were ablet to place our orders and even though Andy's was as busy as it was, the gentleman that took our order was really nice and patient. Long story but in the end that same gentleman singlehandedly finished taking orders, jumped into the back and caught all of the walk up orders up by hustling back and forth. There were three people working the drive thru and he, alone, was taking orders and filling them. I wish I had his name to give him the proper props. There was a long wait but given the hustle of this one employee I was okay with the wait. I ordered the triple chocolate concrete. They were out of cookie dough so I substituted for brownie. Overall it was a good choice for chocolate lovers. The ice cream is very smooth and their is not shortage of cookie dough or chocolate chips. Overall, a great place for a twist on ice cream. Great location and I will say this could have been a horrible experience had it not been for that one employee.

One choose the classic vanilla and the other got red velvet. I did 2 of the deals so I got to pick 4 other flavors. I choose the Lemon Pound Cake, Peaches & Cream, Sweet Blueberry Infused and the Cookies and Cream. I sampled most of the funnel cakes and they all had great flavor and taste. The nibblings loved theirs and loved the personalized size. I was glad that they each could get their own and be to pick the flavor based on their individual tastebuds. I was really impressed with all of the flavors. I think my favorites were the Lemon Pound Cake and the Cookies and Creams. I actually ate the Cookies and Cream the next day and it still tasted amazing. My niece has already asked to go back. I will have to keep a strict watch on their IG page. Unfortunately, as he attempted to place my cup on the counter, the cup fell. He apologized again and remade it. He didn't cuss, fuss, or seem angry, he just remade the drink. That really made an impact because I would've expected a bit of frustration and there wasn't any. He remade my drink and explained that how I wanted it made, he had to add one less espresso shot. I thanked him for his patience and remaking my drink. They have great customer service! I give this company two thumbs up.

I went inside and explained the situation. They tried to do the order in the system first before making my order to see if it would work.
