Service was friendly and fast. The establishment was nice and clean. This was my first time trying them out and I have to say they had some nice flavors. I got a 6ct of minis so I could try a few different t ones. They only have like 5-6 flavors to choose from but what I heard is their flavors change like every week or month. I tried the rocky road, chocolate chip, and peanut butter. Now I'm not a rocky road fan but BAYBAY!!!.....yes indeed. Those were my favorite. I mean you can't go wrong with the chocolate chip cookie either however they should ask do you want the salt on top before they put it in there. I didn't care for the salt topping. It was unnecessary. They are a little on the pricy side tho, 6 little cookies for almost $20 . I mean what isn't these days anyway....Overall I would def try them again. 10/10 read more

I love Crumbl. Is it expensive, yes. Is it worth it as a treat, yes. I will say my visit to this store wasn't wonderful but over all I've enjoyed all the cookies I've had at Crumbl. Unfortunately, at this particular location I ordered ahead and even though there was no one in line inside, I still had to wait more than ten minutes to even be acknowledged by the staff. The staff was behind the counter talking to one another and on their phones. I was really disappointed that I had to eventually callout to get someone's attention after standing at the counter waiting to be helped. Now, to review the cookies. AMAZING! You really can't go wrong! I ordered ahead on the app to earn my Crumbl rewards so that eventually I can redeem them for a free cookie of my choice. I probably won't be back to this location because of the poor customer service. read more

Tonight was Netflix: Love is Blind with my girls with some ordered in treats from Crumbl!! First time eating them and the were delivered warm and delicious. My favorite is a tie between the chocolate chip cookie and the Snickerdoodle cookie. No cookie went uneaten. Be careful, if you order via Uber eats, and accidentally mess up the address but don't cancel within seconds, they will still charge you for cookies that you won't even get to eat. I paid double for a silly mistake sending the order to the wrong address and canceling after a few minutes to adjust the delivery. read more

I was blown away by how clean the store is and how absolutely delicious their sweet treats are! My sister and I ate at McAlisters and decided we wanted to get a dessert. Walking in Crumbl it is sooo clean and pretty! It was easy to order because there are pictures of all of their products. We got a chocolate chip cookie and peanut butter chocolate ice cream. I recently had a student recommend Crumbl Cookies in Matthews to me and I decided to take him up on his recommendation. First, this location is very clean, well lit and fully stocked. The customer service was excellent and above what I expected for a cookie shop. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I placed my order and it only took a couple of moments for me to receive hot, freshly made Chocolate Chip and Fudge Crumbl cookies. When I got home, which was a 30 minute drive, the cookies were still warm and the taste and texture was perfect. The portion size is well worth the money and if you decide to buy in bulk then you get a discount. I want to say a special thanks to Sarah, the Assistant Manager who help me out; she was wonderful. Crumbl Cookies allows you to place your order online ahead of time which can be about twenty minutes or you can stop by and order. Overall, it was a great experience and great cookies. Thank you all. read more

I don't know if I just have terrible luck every time I go here but my cookies are just never cooked through all the way. They're always doughy on the inside and I can always taste just dough and not what the cookie is actually supposed to taste like. I just can't do that especially for the price of these. read more

Hear so much abt these cookies so finally decided to try. It was ok, I've had better I have to admit. I kept it simple and got the chocolate chip one. It was so thick, and honestly didn't wow me and over $4 for just one cookie is a no for me on going back. read more

My 5 star review is for Brianna who saw me struggling with the Apple Pay lol, and immediately came running. When I first came in, I told the young lady behind the counter (she looked sweet, but maybe she was just shy) that this was my first time here. She smiled, but turned back around to finish packing the box of cookies she had been working on. Again, she seemed really sweet, so I don't think her ignoring me was intentional but after standing there for a minute or so, I noticed that other people were starting to come in and tap the monitors on the side of the wall. I got the young ladies attention again, and asked if I'm supposed to order on the wall, to which she replied with a smile, "Yes." It looked like they were really busy trying to get in a big order or something in, so I didn't take it too personally, but I told her "Honey, you have to tell me these things so I know." She smiled, and I headed to the monitors on the wall, but the Apple Pay didn't seem to be working, which may have been user error lol. Either way, cute little Brianna came to my rescue and answered every single question that I could possibly have about Crumbl cookies. She had the sweetest demeanor, and not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she also made me feel so welcomed! I really appreciate her and I hope that thugs company appreciates her as well. She is an absolute gem!! read more

always fast, fresh, friendly, and clean! Never crowded and close to other fun shops. It's great to come here while changing my car!

Pretty sweet shop in the heart of the Sycamore Commons shopping center. This is a great place for all my cookie lovers. They have these gigantic cookies some with icing and others stuffed with different flavors. Some of the flavors change each week. They have awards program where you can earn point for every dollar spent. You can order ahead in the app and they bring it out to you. They also have catering. You have to order 50 cookies and they are not gigantic, but minis. There is plenty of parking in the shared parking area. Enjoy. read more

I finally had to come in for myself. Coworkers have ordered cookies from here before but I wanted to check out their location myself. I went on a Saturday afternoon. The waiting area was full of people, thankfully they had already ordered! I placed my order on the iPad to the side and paid there too. Very easy. I was disappointed as they were out of several flavors, their bottled water and Ice cream. A young man working behind the counter called my name and explained they were out of a certain type of cookies but I could wait u til the next batch was out in 12 minutes. I chose an alternate flavor and my order was called very soon after that. Their team can pack some cookie orders QUICK! I was in and out in ten minutes, the cookies tasted delicious! read more

Always fun to visit Crumbl. I enjoyed trying out the new flavors, although the only drawback to me is that each cookie is so large and if you don't like it, you are stuck with a huge cookie. I wish they had smaller cookies read more

I feel like this type of bakery/business model, and Crumbl Cookies specifically, was born out of the Instagram foodie, gotta 'gram everything cool that I eat and show how trendy this is/I am, ever present and dominating social media society we live in. As in, these cookies were made with the set intention, i.e. how they look, color palate and design of store etc, of being photographed to distinctly post on Instagram. And not to actually taste like and feel like a super delicious cookie. . . . After typing this, I do realize the irony and potential hypocrisy of this statement being on Yelp, ; ) ha hah. However, that doesn't change the fact that this cookie was, to put it plainly, dull. It had no depth or complexity to it. It felt immaterial, void of authenticity, soulless. Kind of how I imagine one feels when obligatorily gramming their said Crumbl Cookie. (Only reason for two stars and not just one is because actual store is quite nice, clean, friendly etc. my review is based on my ideological disdain for this nonsense.) anyway. Oh yeah, and one more thing, I almost forgot... THE DAMM COOKIE DIDN'T CRUMBLE! Like a good cookie should, or like one would think because it is literally the name of the cookie... because it was too damn soft and had no texture. read more

Great spot and service was top tier. Peanut butter and jelly was bussing. Also, they decorate it fresh in front of you. Bonus points for me.

Awesome gift card for delicious cookies of exceptional taste, easy gift giving for picky people or just a gesture of thank you to any age

girl that brought our cookies out was incredibly rude. parking lot was full so we couldn't park in their singular curbside spot or any next to it and when she told us we needed to move up to right in front the store we told her there were clearly no spots. as she walked away she gave us rude gestures as she walked back in. did not get her name. they also forgot our milk. read more

Let's face it, Crumbl cookies are hard to beat. They are huge, warm, and delicious. They are definitely pricier than other bakery cookies but try one and you'll understand why. I will say, the per cookie price at this location, $3.83, was less than our home location in PA. Hmmm? The cookie that I really wanted to try was the Strawberry Ice Cream Bar but they were sold out! So disappointing! I did try a banana bread cookie. Meh! It truly needed more banana flavor. The inside was quite underbaked. I get it; I know slightly under baking is trendy but this really looked wet inside. Think cookie butter, but banana bread butter instead. I would have liked it more had it been baked longer. The four star rating is due to staff and service. Although service was quick and the shop was busy, we were never greeted upon entering and had to figure out how to order by looking around. There were only four employees that I saw and no one asked if they could help us or even said hello. Crumbl, you can do better! read more

I recalled the line out the door and around the building when Crumble opened in Matthews, so I dropped by today to buy three gift cards and get a chocolate chip cookie for myself. This was not a good chocolate chip cookie, and I know my cookies! I am not sure what happened, if there was a problem with the oven or the preparation, but the cookie was very undercooked. It was slightly crispy around the edges and nothing but cookie dough for most of the cookie and the chips were hard (uncooked). The flavor was nothing like I had expected, and I couldn't eat the cookie. Hopefully, they will read this review and improve their quality control. read more

UPDATE: I called, an employee promised to refund me... and no refund was made. If I could now give negative stars, I would. I made an order for a friend to be delivered. They delivered it to the wrong house. No refund. No apology. Blamed it on DoorDash, DoorDash blamed it on Crumbl. I just made another order for my daughters birthday. I chalked the issues up to young, immature staff and decided to try again. I placed the order THREE DAYS BEFORE HER BIRTHDAY and I just got the cookies delivered... scribbled on the inside of the box it says they were OUT of the ones I ordered... THREE DAYS AGO. No call. No anything. It was designated as a birthday order. Stay away. Their cookies aren't worth it, and their customer service is garbage. read more

I've been in a group chat for weeks and every third days Crumbl Cookies is mentioned. After 3-4 weeks I found myself in the area(15mins away) so why not stop by? The order from a tablet(kiosk) instead of at the register messed me up and had me thinking negative but that was quickly squashed. You do everything at the tablet. They show you the cookie options(menu) for the day, allow you to pay, choose how many cookies, and so forth. 5-10(less than 10) mins later they are icing up your cookies and calling your name. I went with the teddy grahams, oreo something, and chocolate chip cookies. That teddy Graham, Graham cracker cookie...heaven sent!!!! It was nice and warm, even after a 10 minute ride wehome and just delectable is the only way to describe it. Sweet but not too sweet, warm and chewy and a blessing from God is the only way to describe it. The oreo cookies were good and nothing against them but I would go with 2 teddy grahams over the oreo next time. Disclaimer, I'm not a chocolate lover so that could be it. It was definitely good though. The chocolate chip cookies were better than your average/normal cookies. Ordering chocolate chip cookies, I would go here! The price...upon first impression I was thinking....WAY TOO MUCH!!! After eating the cookies, I would splurge on them. It was like $13 for 4 cookies. They are pretty large and I would say worth it. Highly recommended. I give 4 stars because they are somewhat expensive! #StillGood read more

I really don't understand the hype like other reviews here. The cookies are way too sweet and they seem poorly thrown together and have an artificial feel. The chocolate one with the coconut is disgusting. I liked the cornbread cookie the most but it was still way too sweet and dry. Probably won't be back sadly! read more

I had never been to a crumbl cookie before and was very excited, the environment was very nice and the facility was extremely clean, the cookies were so good! These were unique and perfect for a gift. The cookies were slightly under baked in the middle. And the one with the icing was smooshed up next to one in the bag which could have easily been separated. And you know little kiddos-they don't want their icing messed up on their treats. The touch screen order system was nice but being out of water on a 90 degree day was a bit odd. I'll try again and hopefully next time will be a little better. The pink boxes were cute. read more

Crumbl Cookies is so delicious! It is my absolute favorite dessert place, and the cookies are always the best quality. They are slightly pricy, with a 4-pack box costing $12, but I think it is worth it. The only downside is that this location is becoming more popular and crowded. One time our order got delayed since it was overlooked/hidden on their electronics where they read the orders. Otherwise, the workers are very speedy and very kind. I ordered cookies from this store last week and the cookies look so bad. The honey comb has like no frosting and the candy looks like POOP! That is so gross. The chocolate chip and the cookies and cream milkshake were so small and the milkshake was broken when I got it.
