On the days they go for hikes, Sally waits by the front window for two hours before Caiti arrives--that's how excited she is! Caiti's talent is truly mind-blowing. She trains her own dogs and competes in agility competitions all over the U.S. (she's even trained her cat, Rebel!). She knows how to work with multiple dogs at once and somehow gets them all smiling on camera in the most scenic places around the Wasatch Front. Despite her busy schedule, she always makes time for Sally twice a week, and I couldn't be more grateful. If you're looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, dedicated, and absolutely incredible with dogs, Caiti is the one to call!

For an extremely reasonable monthly fee (which is even cheaper if you pay annually), you get to take as many classes as you want. Three-four different classes are offered a week in varying locations. Andrew was so great with my dog, and was calm and helpful. My dog improved dramatically overnight (she is mainly just overly excited to see other dogs). Types of classes currently include Canine Good Citizen test prep, open practice, trick training, and pack walks. So far the class size has been small, which is great.

They are also really patient and willing to talk about any questions or concerns you have. During the day, the dogs get a good balance of training, playing, and socializing so they don't get overwhelmed or bored.

I rescued my 2 year old pittie a few months ago, and she suffered from a lot of separation anxiety. After a couple weekly sessions with Jonathan, she is a whole new dog! I can now confidently leave her in her crate when running errands and trust she won't bark and chew her blankets to bits. I also really liked that Jonathan used "positive reinforcement" when training. My dog seemed to respond to him very well. I'll definitely be using him in the future!!

The staff is so friendly, my dog loves to go here! We recently lost one of our dogs, and I put a note in our account when i scheduled my other dog to board. I asked that they remove the dog who passed away from our account( it's just hard to see the reminder and have all those feelings come up again). They did exactly as I asked. When we picked our dog up from daycare today the staff at Bandit's had a sweet bouquet with a note attached. I was so touched. I have never experienced this level of customer service or sympathy from another facility. They know my dog by name when I walk in to drop my dog off; the level of personal care that they offer is unparalleled. I can't say enough good things about Bandit's, and we will continue to be customers as long as we have dogs to board.

I highly recommend Ruff Life Training & Resort. We have an Australian Cattle dog we rescued. She…read morehad a history of reactivity. We have been through socialization training with her and she is doing better. We were going on a road trip and we needed a place to care for her. We were very unsure of how she would do. We toured Ruff Life Resort first and were VERY impressed. The staff were very welcoming and showed us around. One thing I noticed right away was how good it smelled. They keep everything super clean. They offer a variety of suite sizes too. Since this was her first experience, they evaluated her first and with their expertise placed her with a group of dogs that she was actually able to make friends with. She had never been able to do that before. They have five large yards, indoor and out. Their is always someone with the dogs in the yards too. We got pictures and reports everyday on how she was doing and it made my heart happy to see how happy she was and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing she was being very well cared for. They even bathed her and washed her stuffy toy we had for her. We will most definitely book this resort the next time we need to board her. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
