I am so glad that I did! It felt strange at first, leaving almost everything to others to plan - not even seeing my bouquet or the colours of the linens until 1/2 hour before the ceremony. The last week prior to the event, I even began to question whether I had made a huge mistake. When we got there and had a look at everything - it was absolutely perfect! I was amazed at how beautiful everything was. The ceremony was wonderful, the food was fantastic, and everyone involved on our day were so great, I can't even come up with words to describe it. Leading up to our big day, the staff always answered all my questions, whether by email or phone. They asked for pictures to get a sense of the colours we preferred and hit the nail on the head. We always felt accommodated and absolutely like ours was the only event they were planning. A special thank you to Katherine, who was absolutely amazing - knowing what to say to keep me calm, asking the right questions so she could correctly choose how to decorate for us, and having a great sense of humor. This venue is small - definitely not for a large wedding, but for the 18 guests we had, it was heaven. I absolutely recommend the Toronto Wedding Chapel if you have a small wedding that you want to be memorable but you're perhaps not the greatest at planning or just don't have the time. The only drawback was the photography. Unfortunately, about 20-30 pictures were pixelated and at least as many were blurry to some degree - however, they did send us almost 300 pictures (in less than a week!), so I refuse to give them less than 5 stars. The rest of the pictures (and there were a great many) were beautiful, and there were plenty to choose from. I would recommend this hall, the staff, the owners, ALL of it to anyone looking to host any event. Wedding planning can be extremely stressful and overwhelming. Ryan made the booking and planning process so easy. He replied to emails and messages very promptly and went above and beyond in making recommendations and offering to help in ways outside his scope as a DJ. You can tell he is very knowledgable and passionate about what he does. The day of, he got everything down pat for the ceremony, did a great job in playing the genres we chose, transitioned/faded/cut exactly as discusses, and kept the crowd going during reception. Prices are very reasonable, as they have different packages you can choose from. We personally got 8-9hrs or service which was perfect and came with lighting. His set up was very good in terms of sound and technology. Our guests were able to request songs via text as well. Very happy with our experience with Pump It Entertainment and highly recommend their services for any event you need.

When we booked the venue we had a very friendly and capable co-ordinator. She left soon after and everything changed. During the next couple of months we were given a new point of contact twice. Communication was not great. We were still confident in our choice of venue at this point, plus we have already paid the deposit and the wedding was coming up soon. Caveat - This is a completely raw space. You have to bring in all of your own furnishings, catering decor. They have some available furniture (which we used) and a large enough kitchen for a caterer to work comfortably. There are two bars, one on 6th floor and a second on the rooftop. (which has a gorgeous view) I don't really want to get into it all here, but we were not pleased. If you are using a wedding planner / decor company that has complete control and that will be on site all day to co-ordinate everything, and you need NOTHING from the venue staff, then go ahead and rent this space. It is beautiful and you will have a memorable event. Otherwise, its not worth the stress.

We went to a wedding here last night. It was a beautiful spot with a rooftop terrace and two rooms…read moreinside. The only problem was that the elevator was stuck for a while, and it's quite a climb to the sixth floor in heels. Also, the rooftop is only accessible by stairs, which can be a problem for seniors. It got a bit hot with 140 people in attendance, and there aren't really a lot of bathrooms (two bathrooms per gender, two stalls each) considering how many people this place fits. The smaller room doubled as the ceremony room and the dance room during the reception. The big windows give a neat view of the city and was a great backdrop for the wedding.

The Rolling Acres is stunning, and everyone there did such a wonderful job getting ready for our big day. The food was delicious and everyone has told us how much they enjoyed it! From the cocktail hour, to the dinner and late night food, everything was great. The owners Diane and Lou were incredible and all their staff did such an amazing job. Our family and friends told us how much they loved the venue and everyone working there. We really couldn't have picked a better place. Diane made my day completely stress free! I am so glad that we chose The Rolling Acres for our wedding day. I wish we could do it again it was so much fun, and we would use them a hundred times over!
