Great space. Cost effective considering the fact that the reservation comes with aesthetically pleasing chairs

Pool, hot tub, restaurant, coffee shop, pool table are all in the lobby area. Decent sized rooms with a fridge as well.

This is probably the nicest looking Holiday Inn I've ever been to. The restaurant area is…read morebeautiful and there is a large heated indoor pool that looks inviting. The décor is modern and sophisticated. The room is large and comfortable. There's a refrigerator in the room. There is no in-room microwave, but the one in the Café Express downstairs is permitted for guests to use. The bathroom itself could use more space as the bathtub, toilet and sink are very close together, but no biggie. With hot water, good drainage and strong water pressure, I'm a happy camper. Café Express is a quick place on the ground floor between the restaurant and elevators to grab coffee and breakfast. They have Seattle's Best coffee, chai tea latte, expresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, fruits, pastries, yogurt, snacks and sandwiches. The hotel is very close to the mall, so close that I've seen people walk back to the hotel with shopping bags. You have to drive through the Honda dealership parking lot to get to the Holiday Inn lot, which is gated. Parking is $16/day. Wifi is complimentary, albeit slow. In one of the 4th floor room at the end of the hallway, I couldn't really get wifi on my phone to connect. No complimentary breakfast, but they gave me a card for 10% off the breakfast buffet. This hotel is about 25 minutes from Pearson airport (45 min during rush hour), an easy drive down 401E. The nightly rate is pretty high (over $200/night), but it must be due to the location. ....| \ _ , , , - - , , _ , .../ , ` . - ' ` ' . _ \ - ; ; ; , _ ..| , a - ) ) _ . ; . The conference room they have is quite nice and holds up well to many other venues. There were issues with the wireless mic working properly for a bit at the beginning however. The food was probably the lowest point and they may wish to consider stepping up their options for groups like the one we had, depending on how serious they are to have corporate groups come in. With that said, Rinx has nearly a dozen separate activities and they deserve credit for pulling that off. The bumper cars/whiffle-ball game was almost universally regarded as one of the favourites. I hadn't played laser tag in nearly two decades, but it was fun doing it again and the arena they had for it was up there with most I played in back in the day. Everyone loves bowling, and the games room is an easy crowd pleaser with: air hockey, fussball, pool etc...There's a few others as well, and about the only one that was a bit poor was the mini golf which felt like they designed it as a bit of an afterthought. There is also a roller rink, though it was not used for the event. The staff did their job, but could do better at smiling and showing better customer service than just the basic level. There's a few things Rinx could improve upon, but they still deserve a lot of credit for offering so much, and surely something for everyone. It's worth checking out for sure.

We sampled some cupcakes cookies waffles on a stick corn dogs, and what carnival is complete without cotton candy! The beers we sampled from Mill Street and Amsterdam were delicious thank you so much to all of the vendors. Thank you so much for organising this fun Yelp carnival event. I hope I'm lucky enough to be invited back again next year.

They look very bored at their job and did not seem welcoming at all. Oh, when we were in the ladies room, we saw a man in there. Good thing I was there with my daughter. Not sure if they need better signs for the different gender restrooms. The bubble fish area was cool. My kids liked coloring their fish papers and adding it to the digital wall.

Parking is fairly easy and the facility is accessible although some exhibits are not. Also, when we visited some of the exhibits were not functioning. The exhibits that were working were therapeutic for adults and fun for kids. The pictures accurately depict what you're going to see. IG photo stations are available for that perfect viral photo. There is something for everyone. For my infant daughter is lulled her into a deep sleep. For my son, it gave him lots of fun adventures and for the adults, I wish they has a spa that incorporated some of those elements (that's how relaxed I felt). I don't know how long the exhibit will be in the city; however, definitely worth a visit.
