The gym leaves something to be desired; the machines are worn and there's no source of sanitation to wipe machines down. There's a TV in the "fitness room" which is terribly staticky. The front reception desk staff seem bored and sit on their phones all day. The free breakfast is gross; most food is in bags and placed in holders. Everything is served in plastic cups with paper plates and plastic cutlery which is not environmentally friendly. Overall, only stayed here because it was paid for by my organization for my meeting but otherwise, I would not go out of my way to book a room to stay here on my personal dollar or time.

This is a great concept, I couldn't get a reservation in the evening, but I came for lunch and was surprised by the service and food. The domes inside was significantly warmer, they also have a heater and will bring you a heated blanket. Lunch menu includes kids meal with paying adult which is nice. My hubby got gumbo and I got the braised short ribs. Both meal was great, a little on the saltier side. The kids had corn dog and Mac and cheese bites with fries, I also ordered their special hot chocolate for them. The service was great and we all really enjoyed the experience here.
