I'm really disappointed with the level of care and communication from this primary care office. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, it takes forever to get help. Telehealth appointments are disorganized -- I've waited well past my scheduled time more than once. What's most frustrating is that they've forgotten to schedule me not just once, but twice -- both a follow-up appointment and a separate appointment for another medical concern I specifically called about. I had to reach back out and start the process all over again. It feels like patients have to chase the office just to receive basic care. On top of that, some of the staff come off short and rude, which makes an already frustrating experience worse. I understand offices get busy and short-staffed, but communication, organization, and professionalism shouldn't fall apart when patients rely on you for their care. read more

I was referred to Ha Le from a friend, i was in need of finding a good PCP here in las vegas and Dr Le came highly recommended. I waited a bit to see Dr. Le but i understand each patient is unique and falling behind time is not unusual. Dr Le was very personable, nice, and made me feel comfortable. The office is nice, modern, clean, and roomy. Receptionist and Medical assistants were all pleasant and friendly. All my question's were answered and i left feeling comfortable with my visit. Getting an appointment here is difficult. I leave voicemails but don't get a response, or I only get a call back right before closing. There's also a lot of turnover, and I've been assigned to multiple physician assistants. Tuyet Nguyen, PA-C, is great, but this doesn't feel like a place where I can have steady primary care since I'm always seeing different providers. read more

WOW! Everyone in this office is super nice and they treat you like family. Odaliz at the front desk helped me navigate the way through PCP and referred me to HA LE when my former provider left the office. They are pretty busy during afternoons but if you need to schedule an appointment maybe call in the morning. read more

No answer. I tried to find another number to call, turns out it was a different location. I was told either to wait and shit up or hang up the phone. My insurance was changed and I was assigned a Primary Doctor at Sunset Clinic. I went there one time because I needed a referral for a dermatologist. It took about two weeks to get that referral, but okay. The problems really started two weeks ago when I started getting a sore throat. A week later, it was getting worse. I never had such a bad sore throat, and I started thinking maybe I had strep throat. I called the office to try to get an appt. Left a message Monday. Nothing. Left another message Tuesday. Nothing. By Wednesday, I could barely speak. Left another message BEGGING for someone to call me. Telling them in the message I thought I might have strep and that I was in a lot of pain. Nothing. Thursday I woke up and swallowing nearly brought me to tears. I decided to go to a local Urgent Care, who saw me within a hour, tested me for strep throat, and gave me a prescription for antibiotics. I feel MUCH better today. NO THANKS to Sunset Clinic, who a week later never did return any of my phone calls. Seriously, it's bad enough to feel terrible. It's worse when your doctor's office could clearly care less. Did you know that if untreated, strep throat can cause complications, such as kidney inflammation or rheumatic fever? Sunset Clinic clearly doesn't know this, or just doesn't care. Not sure which is worse. Obviously, I switched primary doctors. I'm giving Sunset Clinic one star. Mostly, because Yelp won't allow me to give them no stars. Also, because no one punched me in the face when I walked in there, which is the best thing I can say about this place. read more

I can't say enough negative about this office . I've been a patient on and off for 5 years and have used them out of conv. I'm a very easy person to deal with . I have never received a call back in all these years and typically have to go sit I. the office to get la. results or any other instructions I may need . they will not fill prescriptions in a timely manner and will blame the Pharamcy for delays . they will typically write the wrong prescription for amount of strength or just plain wrong . I've complained to the doctor / owner and he told me that his girls were doing Gods work . I've since moved on and I pay Three times what I paid there and am so much happier and heathy . read more

She really got to know me and she was very knowledgeable when explaining my blood work results. I had Kate, a PA student, help with my exam today under the supervision of my PA, and she did great! I have called multiple times and sent a message through their useless portal for over a week. We all know healthcare in the US is exploitative and inhumane. Jame's wife says, "HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO!" I'm so angry with the billing people at this office. I went here for the first time last April. This was the longest, costliest wellness exam I've ever had and it was billed at over $500. My insurance paid for most of it. However, the worst part was how the staff submitted the wrong codes to Quest for my wellness exam bloodwork. Quest said that I owed $175 but I called them to complain, and they said that the wrong codes were given to Quest from the doctor's office. So the doctor's office re-submitted codes. Fast forward a couple of months and the same exact thing happened. This time Quest spoke with the office and the doctor's office re-submitted the exact same WRONG codes again. Long story short, I got stuck paying $175 for blood work which I never should have had to pay. Time has run out for appeals. I will NEVER step foot in this doctor's office again. read more

I'm writing this review not because I'm mad but because I'm sad, Dr. Ha Li has been my primary for a long long time years, the one thing I liked about her was that she would really listen to her patience and I'm sad to say that she's gotten so busy now that she no longer does this. Sunset clinic on Saint Rose has always had a lot of issues with getting your prescriptions filled referrals all kinds of things like that but when they try to do a telecom appointment then they couldn't connect to me but yet they have no problem taking that $10 co-pay it's not even really about the money as it is the fact that I went three weeks in a lot of pain And Dr. Ha Le never even bothered to call and find out how I was doing. It's sad because before she had called me a couple of times to find out how I was doing or how my husband was doing and now that doesn't even matter to her, all that matters to her is how many patients a day she can see, but that doesn't make her a bad doctor. It just doesn't make her the good doctor she used to be she used to care about her patients and now she's like all the rest of them she don't care how they're doing. If you are looking for a doctor, who cares about their patients and will listen to you,good luck! I am going to be on that bandwagon again looking for a doctor that cares about their patient and listens to their patient. Maybe that's to much to ask now days especially here in Las Vegas but I guess I will find out if I can find one but as far as the clinic itself goes, they need a lot of help there. Not very good at getting back to their patients answering their phones or getting referrals done getting prescriptions done and you will spend all day trying to get a hold of them so good luck looking for a good doctor. I don't often take the time to write reviews, but find it necessary in this situation to protect others from this ridiculous facility. It took 3 months for me to get blood test results and more than 2 to get the results of an ultrasound, even though abnormalities were found! Although, it may not have been life threatening, I went to get tests because I felt unwell and needed help. The doctor stood me up for two virtual appointments, and I was constantly gaslighted by the front office staff. When I would voice my concerns or complain, the staff always had to come back and tell me how it was my fault. I could give numerous examples, but not enough time!!!! Not once did the front office apologize or even sympathize with me in my frustration and physical pain! I will say, once I finally got on that virtual call with Dr. Le, she actually said she is sorry and she heard my complaints. (But she had little information correct. How could she after not seeing me for 3.5 months?!) Although, I appreciated the doctor finally understanding my frustration, I have gotten a new doctor. I recommend you do the same. read more

Called 4 times to get a very important Rx refilled. 1st call was a voicemail which no one returned. 2nd call the person who answered the phone said he put the refill request into the nurse and if she had questions she would call me back. 3rd call was to check on refill status. This time I was told I would beed an appointment to get that refill approved. Ok, fine. We set up a telehealth. 4th phonecall was to dial in to the telehealth where no one showed up. Instead the receptionist calls me on my other line to say, "Oops, your insurance is not approved for this visit." People depend on Rx to live. To actually LIVE. It should not have taken 4 phonecalls and a ghosted telehealth appt to find out my insurance was the issue. TERRIBLE patient care. You made a mess of my serious need for medication. read more

Don't use this provider- especially if you need reliable health care. They dropped the ball twice in my oncology care - something you would think they would take seriously. It takes forever to get ahold of someone on the phone. The only time I ever saw Dr. Ferdowsian was after I sat in the waiting room for an hour with my two year old and threatened to leave. Getting your prescriptions refilled is a struggle. They seem to make a game out of seeing who can do the least amount of required paperwork and still get away with it. read more
