After almost two years of orthodontic treatment, I can confidently say that choosing this office…read morewas one of the best decisions I made. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this practice is committed to excellence. The office is beautiful, spotless, environmentally friendly ("green"), and equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technology. Every visit was efficient, organized, and focused on providing the best possible patient experience. What truly sets this practice apart, however, is the incredible staff. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. I loved Dr Cabrera!!! she is AMAZING! I especially want to recognize Alexa, who became my requested orthodontic technician throughout my treatment. I specifically asked to schedule my appointments with her because she consistently went above and beyond. I had an issue with my braces occasionally coming loose from the brackets, and unlike anyone else, Alexa took the extra time to carefully evaluate the problem, make the necessary adjustments, and ensure everything was secure before I left the office. Her attention to detail, patience, and commitment to doing the job right made an enormous difference in my treatment. Alexa never made me feel rushed. She listened to my concerns, explained what she was doing, and always made sure I was comfortable. That level of dedication is rare and deserves to be recognized. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a long and difficult process such a positive experience. I absolutely love my results and am grateful for the exceptional care I received every step of the way. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding orthodontic care.

I was able to get an appointment in less than one week, valet parking is free and relatively easy compared to other places in Miami, and the waiting room was very efficient. All the staff members I encountered were extremely pleasant. The only reason I give four stars was that there was a little bit of a mix up with what I actually needed since I do not need new orthodontic treatment. That said, Dr. deRoode took a look anyway and did not force any unnecessary treatment / costs on me. In fact she was sorry for the mix-up and did not charge me for the consultation. I will definitely be back when I do need treatment because of how knowledgable, humble, and pleasant Dr. deRoode and her staff were.

I would highly recommend them if you are looking for orthodontics treatment, if this was just the attention for an emergency of a patient who did not do the whole treatment with them, I can just imagine the great experience you can have for the full treatment. I wish I could give zero stars…read more I grew up going to Dr. rothernberg- so I assumed Dr. Ross was as qualified. I came to this orthodontist with very minimal concerns (see attached photo) during a difficult time in my life. You'd hope a doctor would have the discernment and integrity to say, "You don't need treatment." Instead, he put me into his version of Invisalign and completely changed my previously perfect smile. Over the next 1.5 years, I emailed him multiple times letting him know my teeth were shifting in ways I hated, flaring out, misaligned, and not resembling the smile I walked in with. His response every time was to shave between my teeth and assure me it would "get better." It never did. My face shape even changed because of how my teeth were moved. Now, two years later, I have to get full braces to fix the damage. If you care about your smile, your bite, or your face, do not go here. before an after pictures attached

I am persistent until I am happy.) I went to several Miami consultations, and each and every orthodontist denied my request, labeling it "impossible" to treat with Invisalign. Apparently Zambrano knows about the "impossible." The day I went to his consultation was the day I was finally happy with my orthodontic service. He offered me options for treatment and Invisalign was one of them. I am almost done with treatment and I cannot be more thankful for him and his team. KNOWLEDGEABLE & NICE!
