I requested a quote to clean my large sectional sofa plus ottoman and within 30 minutes I got a response from Shane. Within minutes of that I received a quote. Shane is incredibly professional, organized, and responsive. He texted me the day before the appointment as a reminder of the service. He was able to fit me in quickly so that my sofa could be ready (dry) by a specific date for a party and he answered all of my questions. His business partner, Brian, was the one to clean my sofa. He called on his way to my house with an update of his arrival time. He spent a few hours doing impeccable work, no corner left unturned. And he did some of my throw pillows as an extra courtesy that I didn't even intend/expect! He left my sofa looking vibrant and refreshed, and he cleaned up after himself so you didn't even know he was here!
