I texted a reminder to Cxxxxs the week before the installation. Then, I called and spoke to Cxxxxs a day before the installation to confirm the date and time again. On the day of installation, the awning installer did not show up at the appointed time. Cxxxxs did not even bother to call and let me know of a problem. When I called him, Cxxxxs stated his crew had another job and would arrive later. In other words, I wasted my morning waiting. Again, I called Cxxxxs when the team did not show in a few hours. Cxxxxs said that he would have to reschedule the installation for the next week. Of course, I was frustrated and angry. So, I fired Cxxxxs and Specialty Awning. Surprise: twenty minutes later, Cxxxxs informed me that his team was on its way. When the team arrived, they were courteous and did a good job. The work was satisfactory. My review is based on the overall customer service. I expected Cxxxxs to honor our agreed upon date and time. He, however, was unresponsive, unreliable, and rude. He did not care about my time or convenience. I would be reluctant recommend this company to my friends or family.
