They were closed that day so I called them the next business day to let them know my vehicle was there and my dilemma. We are out money for a tow, and repair and Valvoline has yet to make us whole or contact us. Dawson Cook the manager at this shop has not once contacted us and we have called Valvoline & submitted all receipts and have repeatedly been told a check will be sent, yet with each call we make we get the same story - that Dawson Cook hasn't submitted his part of the paperwork. Do not give this place your business, if anything goes wrong you cannot speak to anyone that actually deals with the problem you are just sent "further up the chain" which gets you nowhere. We submitted our claim with all receipts and need this resolved. Claim # CS2247067. Plan on hiring an attorney if you use Seaside Valvoline.

Mechanic advised Les Schwab that the front end was fine and ok to put the tires on. Still refused but agreed to align. Did so and found that wheel to be the only one not needing adjustment. Still refused to sell us tires. Was told not to bother taking it to Costco (which we should have done in the first case) as they wouldn't touch a car with a damaged tire. Wrong. Costco pleasantly ordered Michelin all season tires for less than the Les Schwab tires and will replace in about 3 days. Very helpful unlike Les Schwab who told us to bring the car back for realignment after we damage it again. Demeaning. Highly recommend considering Costco for your tire needs.
