Coffee and drinks for the patients. A nice touch!!

I love Dr. Khursand. Her office uses the most up to date technology and her staff is friendly. She runs on time and does great dental work. Nitrous oxide is an option for those who like to be relaxed (like me). Dr. K is a perfectionist and won't put anything in your mouth that is less than perfect. It's nice to be confident that one is getting top of the line dental care. I've been coming here for years and never plan on going anywhere else:-)

I must say, whoever the new management group is finally has got this place running extremely well,…read moreand has EXCELLENT service with very talented and patient professionals. It's not the most affordable service, but it is definitely on par with other dental groups in the area. The big bonus is that they have enough staff and resources to book appointments that are within days - not weeks. Things are done correctly the first time, and when they I did have an issue they made time that same afternoon to get me in and taken care of. I really appreciate this. I have now been going there for a year and had a crown and a replacement and both times they have done an excellent job and have delivered on time. The new management team is to be commended. I abandoned this place 6 years ago because it was just hopeless and ended up driving across town just to get decent service that was delivered correctly and I was paying a premium for it. The front office works well, coordinates and keeps appointments and works with me to get things done. They actually listen and follow through. It's a definite change for the positive. Thanks to Dr. Wong and team for putting up with me being a bit high maintenance. I appreciate you and your team!

I've been going to various dentists at this office for about 3ish years now. I randomly developed…read morehigh dental anxiety after I started coming to this office (not to blame them). As a 28 year old who has been to the dentist for cleaning every 6 months for over 20 years, I don't know why this started. I have been very open about my dental anxiety with this office and I know it is listed on my patient profile as well. My anxiety is so intense that they usually only do the bare minimum for cleaning, because that's all I can handle. I've never been prescribed anti anxiety medication for these appointments. They are not very compassionate towards my feelings when I come in. This is the only office that has ever pushed me to remove my wisdom teeth. As I finally decided to, I was told I would be put under general anesthesia. When I got there for the procedure, I was told 5 minutes before the procedure, that I would not be completely under or asleep the whole time. As someone who already has serve anxiety, this was super scary and I had no time to prepare. I woke up multiple times throughout the wisdom teeth removal and was in intense panick mode. When I woke up after the procedure was completed the nurse who was in the room with me, excessively repeated "breath through your nose and open your eyes" in frustrated/rude tone. I was trying to breath through my nose but was struggling to stop hyperventilating at the same time. And my eyes were already open. I tried to clam down so I could leave as soon as possible. I felt that while this office may be good for the general patient, if you have any sort of elevated dental anxiety, I would NOT recommend coming here. They just don't seem to be as compassionate as I wish they would be and they almost seem annoyed that I experience this uncontrolable anxiety. I cannot speak on their services because I feel mine are done a bit differently than the average persons (due to the anxiety that I experience)

If you are "in network", they will make up all kinds of embellished diagnoses to get more money. They didn't even give me a cleaning. They told me I had gum disease. So I went to two old dentists I trusted to get second and third opinion. My gums are super healthy. (Which I already new) Anatolia Dental told me I needed several fillings and crowns. (I knew I didn't) So I got a second opinion. I even got a third opinion from an old dentist I trusted. And just as I suspected, I didn't even have one cavity. I take excellent care of my mouth. I know how to read X-rays pretty well from my job experience. I was right that they were trying to rip me off. I felt bad for all the people going there who dont know any better and trust their dentist because you're supposed to be able to trust your dentist Please don't go there. They are dangerous and are ripping people off

The front desk staff does change from visit to visit, so you may not always see the same person who helped you previously, but everyone I've encountered has been amazing. If you value transparency, just ask. I started with a consultation, we discussed a treatment plan, and I received a detailed quote. Perfect. As I followed the plan through my fourth appointment, I asked for an updated printout outlining my remaining treatment and the expected costs for each visit. The dental assistant reviewed a change in my estimate and explained that the additional treatment may or may not be necessary, but it was better to have it included than be caught off guard later. I appreciated the honesty. She also offered to submit everything to my insurance for processing. Do you, boo! From my experience, this office is exceptional. I've arrived on time for every appointment, checked in, paid my portion upfront, and typically waited only 5-10 minutes before being called back. The X-ray technician is incredibly sweet. The hygienist is wonderful, she takes her time and thoroughly examines your teeth. Dr. Gaddis and her dental assistant were extremely careful during my tooth extraction. The moment I felt uncomfortable, they paused to check on me and make sure I was okay. What really prompted me to leave this review happened today. I stopped by because I had been losing sleep, worried that one of my stitches had come loose after my extraction. There were three staff members at the front desk, and the dental assistant who helped with my procedure came out as well. Every single one of them reassured me that it was completely normal after a couple of days. I felt a little silly asking, but they listened without judgment and even asked whether the area was still hurting. When I told them it was still tender, they reassured me that was normal too. This dental office healed a part of the 16-year-old version of me that had a traumatic experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. Their patience, compassion, transparency, and genuine care have completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. Thank you for making what used to be a stressful experience feel safe again.

This is going to be a negative review but needs to be done for the safety of their future clients…read more My little brother came here recently to get his wisdom teeth removed, they preformed the surgery fine but it's the after care that is completely unacceptable. I had my wisdom teeth removed years ago (somewhere else obviously) but because of that I know the process. My brother did not receive the plastic syringe for the after care and it's been weeks now and luckily through my insurance I was able to run and pick one up. The point of the plastic syringe is to fill with water and clean the wound in your mouth post eating. If not, you have open pockets that can fill with food, which will essentially rot and cause pain and infections. The dentist and technicians should have given him directions PRE surgery and after. If it wasn't for me explaining my recovery care, he may have never know. Which would have resulted in an infection, hence more $$ spent on something that could have 100% be prevented. I'm extremely discouraged by his experience. FUTURE PATIENTS - BE CAUTIOUS.

Let me tell you about this place. The staff there are fine, but the dentist is such an insufferable…read moreswear word. My tooth chipped last year and I had a crown put on at this dentist office. The initial appointment went well. The crown installation went smoothly and the staff was nice. But then my crown came off a few months later and I had to get it replaced. Firstly, they made me feel like I had done something wrong for the crown to come off, telling me that I shouldn't floss the way I normally do and that I shouldn't eat certain things. That didn't sit right with me because I have a different crown I've had for over a decade and have absolutely zero issues with it in all that time. No floss issues, not food or chewing issues. But this dentist says I can't eat foods with my teeth? I have to avoid crunchy and/or sticky things for the rest of my life? That's absurd! What is even the point of the crown then? Its supposed to be my new tooth for biting and chewing related things. Its not cosmetic. Its supposed to be functional. So anyway, I leave that day and less than 3 weeks later it comes off again! Bruh. Its cemented on there. With cement! A chewie gummy candy is stronger than CEMENT!? Why not just use chewie gummy candy to mount crowns then? Its clearly a superior sticking agent. So I called on a Saturday at around 2PM (during their Saturday business hours) to set up another appointment. No one answers. I want to leave a message, but I get greeted by an AI. I tell the robot I want to talk to a human, so it transfers me. No one answers. I leave a message. No one calls me back. I call again on Monday, get an appointment, and go in the next day. This is where it gets worse. As they're putting the crown back on, the dentist is again reprimanding me for flossing wrong and eating certain foods with my teeth like its my fault her shoddy work didn't hold. I tell her its absurd that I can't use my teeth to eat food. She puts the crown on again and it immediately doesn't feel right. The dentist shaves it down again and again and I keep telling her its not fitting right. She says to me over and over, "That's just not possible" like I can't feel that my own teeth and bite are feeling weird. She shaved the crown a half dozen times and it STILL didn't feel right. But that's my perception she tells me. My brain is confused. What? She did one final adjustment and it felt sort of OK so I just left it at that and said its fine, but its not. Its still sitting too low and I can feel it preventing my bite from being how it was. Then, they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to come back for more cleanings after all that bullshit. No thanks. I would not even recommend this dentist to someone I hate. Can I give them zero stars? Negative stars?
