The owner talked about shop issues and blamed an ex employee for delays instead of taking charge. I was promised a completion date and when it came time found out they had not measured buildings and ordered materials. They painted a roof vent and tried to bill for replacement. Roofing contractor cut roof vent and said it was my problem and I had to get a plumber. After shed roof was replace asked the project manager if he checked there work. He said "I checked their work". So I asked if he saw 25% of the Roofing screws that they missed. He replied " I did not go inside." My wife watched him drive in the yard that day pull in, not close to the shed. Briefly sat there and left. Did not get out to look. If you value your time, money, and quality of work this is not a contractor for you.

Pane in the glass offered touch up paint and a email copy from Pro Via stating not covered. But how do you touch up a hairline scratch. So dont count on a smooth door remaining nice looking. This happened the day after install. The installers tried to correct door fitting on the slab and made a special trip for material to prevent water intrusion. The inside of one door the flooring material got ripped on removal of old door. the installers cut a piece of wood that was part of door shipping material to cover it up. My husband says no big deal. Not true to the wife who was locked away with her dogs. I used up my goodwill on the scratch with this company. As an experienced home fixer upper myself I realize things crop up remodeling but they knew this home was slab on grade and should have planned accordingly. While I wasn't watching, they removed major healthy large limbs and stripped the tree of its leaves saying, "That's how photosynthesis works." No, it works via the leaves, as we all learned in 6th grade. We were shocked. Neighbors stopped by as they, too, were shocked. Our beautiful, healthy 40 foot tree died soon after. We agreed I would not pay him for killing our tree. I later read trees like this can increase home values by $10,000. To this day, I remain sickened by what happened and wish I would have sued for damages. We wanted twigs/thin dead branches removed in our back yard trees, too. This is a row of trees. Instead he cut them so each tree extended the same length into our yard - something I was not at all interested in. I cannot tell from the other reviews but maybe they used them for tree removal only. They might be good for that.
