I had a fantastic experience here at Quality Care this Summer. I went from a fairly useless arm…read morethat was impacting my ability to work, back to fully functioning within a few weeks. They did a very thorough assessment the first session, taking lots of measurements to determine the exact extent of my lack of mobility. For treatment, they used a combination of massage, exercises, and electrical stimulation to get my arm moving and nerves calmed down. They finished each session with a really interesting cold therapy compression treatment called "Game Ready" that helped me leave feeling much less sore. Over the course of the treatment I think I saw almost every therapist there, they are all excellent! The front desk staff is also very friendly, helpful, and detail oriented. They sent me an email with my appointment schedule, and also sent a 24 hour text reminder before each appointment as well, which was helpful. I will definitely see them again for any future PT needs.

Due to an urgent health issue, they were able to squeeze her in but at their Poulsbo site, right off of Hwy 305 at Bond Road at a multi-business series of buildings with shared wrap around parking lot (7/23/26). Friendly reception desk staff. Smallish waiting area. Family member was seen by William Hall, MD and a nurse practitioner in training. Personable demeanor that genuinely listened to today's issues. Lab samples were taken too. Just note that both sites are open Mon-Thurs with lunch break closure (see uploaded photo). There also provide an after hours voicemail system that is staff monitored. Professional, thorough, and gentle geriatric care was observed. Excellent medical team and staff!

Prior to picking Laurelhurst, my sister and I had experience with the previous facility they were living in, as well as the six or seven other places we toured repeatedly in different states before choosing this Aegis facility. I have to give credit to Karen B and Hermann, who were extremely patient as we toured the facility at least five times before finally deciding on it. One of the reasons we went back so many times is that I had found that many places can schedule an appointment and put on a good show for a short time period, but that is exactly what they were doing, being on their best behavior for a tour. So we went back repeatedly, often with little notice, to see if the cracks would start to show but they were always on point. The facility is truly amazing, which it should be, because it is not inexpensive to live there. However the staff is what sets this place apart, and makes the cost worth it. They not only do their jobs, but they excel at them. My sister and I are there on a regular basis visiting our parents, so we see first hand the care and dedication which the staff has. They do what they are paid for, which was one of my biggest concerns. It doesn't matter if you are paying for services if they aren't being provided because staffing is insufficient. I have seen first hand that whether it is handing out meds, doing routine checks on residents, or taking care of maintenance issues that need to be addressed that they are correctly staffed to handle these needs and are on top of it. They have a regular assisted living apartments. And when we wanted two of them joined together they were able to put in a door to accommodate. They also have memory care, which my father will be utilizing sooner rather than later unfortunately. In addition to these levels of care, which are pretty standard, they are working on a new wing for transitional residents who have moved past the ability to live in the Assisted Living portion of the facility but are just not quite ready for full Memory Care. They have been open for about a year, so they are not quite yet full. I think they are currently at about 70% capacity. Unfortunately because it's such a new facility the buy in reflects this and is significantly higher than other facilities in the area, but my parents who are your typical Santa Fe types feel right at home here. It's all very spiffy. There are more to the aesthetics than I care to list here, so I took lots of pictures for you. The truth is I care more about the engine and how it runs, which is why I haven't really gone into all the prettiness of the place here, of which there is a lot to brag about. Admittedly I walked in a skeptic due to the previous experiences my family had with their facility in Santa Fe. Even without the previous concerns prodding me however I tend to be super skeptical, but Hermann the VP of Operations didn't get frustrated or irritated by my constant questions or requests to try the food, re-visit various parts of the facility and so on. My parents don't really have another move left in them so we are super thrilled that they love it here. The quality of care and condition of the facility sets our minds at ease, and we are relieved to finally have them living in the same state as us.

It was quite bizarre how I was not greeted when my husband was, and introduced to others as if I was a 'nanny' accompanying my 'white master'. Regardless not going to much into that on Yelp. Anyway, overall after a few months when we visited my MIL, I hardly see the 'office' folks and the ground staffs were lovely. It looks like they took care of my MIL well. Place was well staffed in the memory care unit and facility was well lit and well cared for. MIL looks comfortable and respected. It is not inexpensive but we are happy if our family is happy.

Robin the sadness you experienced is NOT what we expect when caring for someone…read more My wife experienced a seizure in June of 24 and after we were the hospital couldn't allow us to stay longer the search for an answer was forced.We first used a great family operated the 1st month with pleasing results and satisfaction especially with the kindness given my.After the 1st month my wife asked that we move to a place were we could sleep together.Ore children found Harbour Point and after them visiting and talking with staff from various departments suggested Visit with their recommendations to select HP. We moved in on 9/1/24. Good choice! We are in our 90s with realistic expectations of what the future holds.We want to share in the joy of being alive daily in a. supportive community, kind people to interact with pleasant surroundings good food capable physical help and encouragement. 1/1/2025 and nothing has changed our opinion. I personally still have heath and the life choices still available to me are enhanced by the entertainment special occasions provided and help fill my time as my wife sleeps for extended periods.I suspect that if I would be left by myself-I would just call this home. I give a 5 stars based on 4 months we have been here

After 2 weeks of having outside 24hr care paid separately from facility, I was told they would re- evaluate to see if he was good with just their staff. It didn't happen I let the $5100.00 a week caregiver go and my husband was found on the floor less than a week later had phnemonia and passed away the 7th day after not having fulltime care. The nurse would not respond to phone calls and when she did it was with rude and had a nasty attitude. They did manage to give my husband more sedation meds after the caregiver was gone so they could keep him from wondering. I say look into memory facilities closely but I would pass on Harbour Pointe . They were planning on evaluating him on the day he died now that's convenient. My husband deserved much better care than he received. If I could only go back in time he never would have been in that facility. I know this show San Francisco but it is Mukilteo WA
