I noticed that the facility was clean and comfortable, the event was Cookies and Cocoa with Santa. The residents were brought to me for photos, they were all clean and in good spirits. The staff that assisted bringing them in never rushed the time they were with me. The staff were all very attentive to the residents and took their time. The facility was decorated and a festive atmosphere was felt. Maria really had a good and qualified staff on hand. Many times I was asked if I needed anything, water or cookies. He noticed that she had half used feminine pads in the bathroom. Like does anyone check to see if she is clean. These people see her way more then we could and didn't noticed she was looking and smelling bad. And then to call us and. Inform us she needs more care. Nope. They took her money with problem. Now they want us to pay 4,100$ for a month she wasn't there. Not only that. They reported me as a financial predator cuz I put her in a new home that takes waaay better care of her now. Don't I repeat don't leave your loved ones in this place. Even the management can't even take any criticism on what needs to be done. Horrible place.

Every time I visited she was engaged in an activity (e.g., chair exercises, puzzles, craft projects) or spending time with the other residents at a meal. Almost every time I visited, Traci was there at some point. She is someone that truly cares about her team and the residents. She was a tough one to please, so this was a real blessing to us that we found a place that pleased her and did not feel or smell like a retirement home. My mom, being an introvert, was never interested in a large senior community and preferred to live in a place that felt like her 'home'. After visiting many adult care homes in Everett, we knew the minute we walked into US Inns that this was the right place for my mom. US Inns is located in a quiet neighborhood setting on a side street. It is clean, roomy and decorated nicely for their residents. They have a cozy sun-lit dining room with a large picture window for residents to enjoy the view of gardens and flowerbeds. The patio is a cheerful place to enjoy the sun and guests who preferred to be outdoors on nice days. Helen, the fantastic manager of US Inns and her main assistant Betty, are exceptional! They work hard to make sure their 'family' residences have the best care and give them love through humor and compassion. Other staff members are very responsible and caring too. They are a solid team, no transitions in staffing which is a good sign of an excellent company! At the beginning, my mom needed care due to limited physical abilities, but her mind was sharp as a tack! She enjoyed playing cards and doing crafts (Pre-Covid) As her health failed, US Inns allowed hospice to come in and help with care. That made my mom feel good, knowing that she could stay at US Inns until the end of her time. When some people think of Adult Family Homes, they may think it is only for seniors who are severely incapable of doing things on their own or has dementia. But it's also for people who can think clearly and enjoy being around like -minded people in a comfortable home setting. I highly recommend US Inns Adult Family Home on 37th PL SE in Everett. Someone perjured themselves saying this when I have never even stepped foot on their property, let along called and talked to them. Way out of line for a place that I have never been to. They don't know me, what I look like or what I sound like. I don't even know what the building looks like! While they may think it is okay to interfere in peoples lives, I do not take kindly to defamation and character assassination from people whom I have never laid eyes on. I have had to retain legal counsel in order to correct their misinformation and interference in my life and my family's life. Absolutely unacceptable. Take heed and stay the heck away! This place is overpriced and sticks their noses where it does not belong.
