I had them come out to fix a cycling issue and sprinkler zone 2 not coming on. I asked them to replace the pressure tank for $390 they did not want to do that bc it would probably not fix the problem. The "supervisor" said I could only do a "comprehensive exam" $400 and if something was wrong with a valve another $200 each. and they would have to cut out the pipes and put new ones ! Tech said it would have cost me $1800! I paid my $79 show up fee and said I'll pass. I gave 3 stars bc they didn't take my $$ for a new pressure tank BECAUSE they already knew it was the selenoid to number 2. and if he didn't know then they shouldn't be servicing wells. they wanted me to go through a COMPREHENSIVE test. I call it it the manufacture.... they told me it was the solenoid immediately for number 2. I went to Lowe's and bought that part for $10.28!!!!!!! Unscrewed the old one and hooked up the new one MYSELF. job cost me $10. SMH The service tech was kind and he put air in my pressure tank that's why I give this company 3 stars. If he wasn't nice , zero stars. they knew the problem and wanted me to pay $1800. Again, probably bc I'm a female! Well this chick didn't get taken and fall for the sales tactics. Again, I appreciate the tech that came out he was respectful and nice . read more

Do not use this co , lousy quality work and they try to upsell you a whole new system . The moment they know you live in a good area be aware !! I was quoted $1100 to change 5 sprinkler heads and told them to cap off the one between my 2 AC units as it kept hitting my AC units and causing corrosion , 3 months later the whole thing is spraying like a fountain again against my units. Very dissatisfied . read more

Found coverage issues with my lawn. Sunrise installed irrigation in 2022. I also am a member. long story, short. they sent a tech down on two occasions these last 6 months. Both tried to convince me all was well. well I called a third time and they sent down a tech and an advisor. they told me I needed 6 in sprinklers instead of 4 in. (which by the way is all they install now on the Bronze Plan ), he advised. Guess what they wanted to charge me? $3300. I really complained and talked to the manager, he offered to put two in at no cost, after I refused to pay the $330 he wanted for the two. PS. it took them exactly 10 minutes to install. Understand as well that I pay them nearly $500 annually for a maintenance contract as well. This is an outrageous way to treat a customer. To price gouge like that and then admit that they went to 6 in sprinklers because most customers have st Augustine grass 4 yrs afterward and make no attempt to mitigate this is really outrageous. They did the install knowing I was having St Augustine sod laid done the next week. Stay away. There are many other local irrigation companies to do business with. I certainly wish I had. read more

Very helpful and quick to answer. Their prices are fair and competitive. They fixed my sprinkler system thoroughly and there has been no issues since. read more

I paid almost $10000.00 for a complete system on an average quarter lot but with a large pool cage in back yard. Very expensive. I believe they did a good job but when they dug the trenches in the back yard they hit a waste pipe for my pool system and had to dig up more of the yard I had resodded last summer, I asked them to resod the area but never received it. I also want to say I paid over $7000 to have them grade and sod my front yard. I thought that was very petty of them not to resod the area that was messed up by their mistake and/or trenching. The front yard looks good but they were short on sod for the side of the front yard and refused to finish it so we went to Home Depot and bought some more sod squares. The workers were very good, especially Brandon who was in charge of grading and sodding but he was limited by what management provided. Skylar the salesman tried to get the most money for the least product delivered. Christopher did an awesome job with the irrigation. All employees were polite and professional. read more

I made an appointment with Sunrise to reroute our irrigation system and they rescheduled it. When they showed the following week, they charged $300 to tell me that it would cost $3000-$3500 to reroute the irrigation system, but they could not do the job until the next week. I would not have rescheduled at all if I knew they charged $300 for an estimate and that the technician was not prepared to do the work had I agreed to the quoted price. Very few people want to invest $300 and two weeks to discover that an irrigation company would like $3000 for a day or less of work (@ $100/parts). I am all for paying fairly but that is obscene and more costly per labor hour (@ $400/hr) than the follow on concrete project that necessitated the reroute of the irrigation lines. Irrigation systems are not a highly technical trade and do not command such a fee. A neurosurgeon does not earn as much compensation and each has overhead. read more

I would never use this company again. I felt I had to accept their overpriced proposal since I was leaving for a vacation and did not have time to contact and schedule another contractor. When I got back from vacation the anemic coverage provided by their unbalanced application cause a large burnout in my lawn (even though I watered twice a week). I will be replacing the entire lawn sod thanks to them. I just had an owner operated company out to replace and adjust heads that Sunrise had messed up. The new contractor also extended pipe to a new head location. He did more work than Sunrise and spent a similar amount of time. He charged me 12% of what Sunrise charged. In fact I will pay less to replace the sod in the entire front lawn than what Sunrise charged for about 3 hours of work. I understand that this was all on me for waiting until the last minute and be left without an alternative to Sunrise. read more
