The tees need some work as quit a few are chopped up. It's been in the 90's with high humidity. It's unusual to not see one of these: water containers throughout the golf course, an ice bucket in the golf cart, or a cart person selling drinks. Please remember to bring plenty of water with you so you don't overheat. We will definitely return as we do enjoy this course and its location.

A few water holes and the trees make it enough of a challenge to have a great outing. Only thing missing is cart service and there really should be some water available out in the course. I hadn't planned on water not being available, so ran out around the 13th hole and it was warm and muggy. And I will say the pace of play got EXTREMELY slow on the back nine. We were waiting in the twosome in front of us who were waiting for the twosome in front of them to clear the greens and then proceed to hit it halfway to the green. That and the multiple balls being played made the pace unbearable by the last 4 holes. This of course meant we saw the twosome behind us and they also lacked in golf etiquette. Really need a ranger to speak with folks like that. I will definitely be back. But it's not perfect for sure. Hoping we don't have the same experience next time.

We brought 16 people to your course for an unformal, but annual event on the understanding we were beating your fall maintenance. We were LIED to. Now, as a golfer, local to the area, would any of us, in healthy mind and of sound judgment, play a $37.50 Indian Bluff, Aerated? The answer is no. I'm not going to pretend I went out of my way to play it in the first place but I won't be back. Ever. And B. Finally B. Lower the rough length 2 inches. Way too much time wasted looking for golf balls right off the fairways. It will still be penalizing due to the density. Shouldn't lose balls you watch land and stop.

And I'm not saying it snobbishly but you do get the occasional group w poor etiquette and lack of respect for the game. In turn this causes some left over ball marks n poor divots which is too be expected. None the less Glynns does a magnificent job every year and I am never upset when I play there.
