I've been trying to contact Lauren for ever I purchased a car from Sunrise Ford and it has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE I've been waiting for my tag it has expired every since the 23rd of October and I haven't received the tag yet I went to Sunrise Ford today to ask about my tag and they had the registration but couldn't find the tag so I told them to just give me the registration, and I would go to the DMV and get a tag then they said the tag was locked up in a drawer and they couldn't find the key to unlock the drawer out of all of that When I got home with the registration It's the same tag number that I have on my Genesis, so now I have to go to dmv. And let them correct this situation, because I have the same registration with the same tag number on it. For both of my vehicles, Olivia, thank you so much and Eddison for being professional both of you asked me what can I help you with just went to DMV and they said Sunrise Ford was suppose to give me a tag but he said I needed to take the reimbursement of purchasing another tag with Sunrise Ford It has been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE I haven't received my Title for my car Lauren Lied and said DMV is sending it to me I asked DMV and he said they haven't even processed the paperwork for the Title I'm sick of Sunrise Ford the workers walk by you and don't even acknowledge you I think this is a car from LLEH AND I PAID CASH FOR BAD SERVICE paid cash for a car at Wallace Genesis after I got the Audi and I have my Tag and Title Wallace Genesis is a Professional organized Dealership I wish I could give Sunrise Ford a FLAT 0 I contacted my Lawyer and they will do whatever necessary for me to receive my Title lawsuit is at hand for not completing my deal Enough is Enough I posted the live video of how unprofessional they are on my page they will be hearing from my attorney they have caused me to many inconveniences and told nothing but lies read more

Found the suck... After getting my vehicle repaired at Sunrise Ford, my initial complaint was that the costs were just ridiculous however, since that service was completed, the service team has proven what others have already stated- they are terrible. As part of my service, I was informed that there were two recalls on my Explorer. One was a well-known issue with what they call the "pilar applique" which is a fancy way of saying the trim along the right side of the windshield. Known Explorer problem where they fall off. My Explorer was pushing 7+ years old when they decided to "fix" the problem. I had no issue with the finish prior to going in there. About two weeks after the fix, I pop on the highway (I mostly drive locally) and at highway speed the right side finish blows completely off the vehicle. Wonderful. Looking at the photos, you can see that they did not replace the right side as the tape is all dry-rotted- I suspect that they pulled the piece off, made some sort of determination that it was ok, and placed it back on without cleaning off the old tape / adding new tape. You can bet your bippy that they charged Ford Corp for the "repair" that never happened.... I reached out to Sunrise and they scheduled an appointment- they looked at it while I waited and told me they had to order the part. A month goes by, cricket cricket. I reached back out toward end of June - laid out the whole story and... wait for it.... nothing. Nothing, nada, nilch. No call back, no let's bring it back in. NOTHING. Thanks Sunrise Ford for "fixing" a problem that was not a problem for 8 years and at the same time, creating a problem for me. Photos attached. Avoid this place if you can is my advice. I'll be chatting them up with the Ford Motor Company out there in Dearborn next... read more

Worst dealership experience I've have had in quite a while finance guy jay if you notice a trend he seems to be a common issue at this dealership if you read prior reviews and tries to add a higher percentage rate to same bank trying to use one sales manager will tell you to pray to god with him about trying to get a car and then proceed to degrade you about you should've just done it and paid the price another Andre will tell you to bad and praise him as he is a customer service saint after doing all the hoops to get the car the female finance manager will tell the sales person she doesn't wanna work with you bc it's not her job. Can't wait for the social media person at the dealership to read this and try and get the review taken down or flagged for the honest truth about this dealership Still no resolution from the so called owner also place is a joke read more

It won't let me pick zero stars so one star it is. I found a truck on the website that I was ready to buy, went in and declined a test drive because I was ready to get the paperwork done. I proceeded to sit in a chair for almost 3 hours before they could even give me an offer on my trade in. The offer was $9000 below an offer that I was given by another ford dealership yesterday. With 15 minutes left before they closed, I realized that they did not actually want to sell this truck so I asked for my keys back and left. This is the first yelp review I have taken the time to write, I hope it saves someone from the experience I had. read more

Don't trust Sunrise Group with your vehicle! My truck was repaired by them & they did terrible repair/paint work. Even after it took them So Much Longer than I expected for them to return my vehicle I had to leave it due to scratches in the paint caused by them & also because they didn't change out the Broken Tail Light (Brake Light). They claimed it took forever due to the insurance & as for the Taillight they claimed they claimed that they missed it. After a second attempt to pick up my vehicle days later the Tail Light was still busted & not changed out & now they are claiming that the Tail Light/Brake Light is on back-order & No estimated date as to when they may acquire one so they said to take my truck & they would notify me when they receive a New Tail Light. Weeks later I was informed that the Tail Light has arrived & to bring my truck in at anytime for them to swap the light out. Due to my busy schedule I wasn't able to take my vehicle in until Couple weeks later in which they decided to inform me that the Tail Light arrived damaged & they had to return it. Irony is that they decided Not to inform me prior & Now the Games continue as they again claim No ETA for a new Brake Light Assembly & in the meantime I am driving around with a Busted Brake Light Assembly & when it rains it gets full of water & condensation. I have been patient & reached out & left messages for an update my No One has reached out. Management doesn't even want to get involved. Sunrise Auto Group is an Extremely Unprofessional Company. I am Glad I didn't buy my vehicle from them. Who knows how that would've turned out. read more

My experience at this dealership was mixed. I would like to recognize the salesperson who assisted me from the beginning. He was professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire process. The finance representative was also excellent, explaining everything clearly and treating me with kindness and professionalism. However, while I was in the process of completing the purchase, another individual entered the office. I do not know this person's role at the dealership, but the interaction was extremely disappointing. This individual spoke to me in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, raised his voice, made aggressive hand gestures, and addressed me in a very condescending way, which made me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I decided not to move forward with the purchase. This was disappointing because both the salesperson and the finance representative had done an outstanding job. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect throughout the entire buying process. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses situations like this so that future customers do not have a similar experience. read more

Awful service from the service bay. I set up an appointment to look at a 2022 Jeep Cherokee. The appointment was made 2.5 hours prior to my arrival, which was a 3hr drive from where I was staying. I received a text stating I would be meeting with Alfred. When I arrived Alfred wasn't available, so another sales associate worked with me, don't recollect his name; he was nice. We went outside to look at the car it was dirty, dirtier inside with the floor mats in back with mud and sand, dog hair on floor of back seats, dust everywhere, and something sticky in the rear cup holders; ming you they have had this car since May. I took the test drive. Being an out of state buyer and wanting to get out quickly I asked the sales associate to get the offer pulled together. I said I could pay cash or if financing it with Sunset saved me money I would do that. The offer came back, with the sales associate stating they are giving me $2000 off the price for getting a car loan. I look at the numbers; it is only $54 less than the original price, which I was ok with, which is why I drove all that way. I told the sales associate that the price he was showing me was not the $2000 off he proclaimed. He then attempted to explain how it was. I asked him to their website and see that the price listed was to include all of the "garbage" costs added, which they added back into the offer price. Ironically vehicle detailing was included in their garbage costs. I also asked him to go to the Cargurus website where the listing guarantteed the dealer had included all costs in the listing price with exception of taxes, registration and the similar. He wouldn't do that kept trying to explain that Sunrise Ford website was a bit misleading on the cost; I kept asking him to click on the cost of the Jeep on the website which also included all of the "garbage" fees he was trying to charge me for 2x. At this point I told him the dealership and he were straight-up lying to me. I said I would not do business with a dealership that was blatantly lying to me. I got up and walked out. Outside I was calling for my ride; the sales manager came out to talk to me; I put my hand up to indicate I wouldn't talk to him. This experience took over 7 hours of my time that day and $50 in gas plus tolls. I have bought well over 20 vehicles in my life across the country, can't think of a worse experience and blatant lying, ever, and I even had a 6hr flight home to think of a worse experience and couldn't think of one. read more

We purchased a used 2024 Ford Mustang convertible on May 20th, 2026 from Sunrise Ford. The vehicle came with the "Ford Blue Certified" warranty for the first 4,000 miles or 3 months after having a "thorough 139 point inspection" by the dealership. Within days of purchasing the vehicle and just over 200 miles driven since delivery of the vehicle by Sunrise Ford, the radio volume control knob stopped working. I took the vehicle to my local Naples, Florida Ford dealer for repairs. Ford refused to honor the warranty and now after almost $4,000 in repairs to the radio/infotainment system it is now working as it should. After filing a dispute with Ford corporate, they suggested I contact Sunrise Ford who sold the vehicle to me to get them involved. I did, I spoke to the sales manager at length and briefly to the finance manager. The sales manager was useless and the finance manager said he would call me back, but never did. Not surprisingly when I initially called to inquire about the car, the dealership would not stop calling me, now that I need them for assistance in this matter, I can't get a response from them. It seems all Sunrise Ford is interested in is making the sale, not helping the consumer after the sale. As of this writing, I now have cases open with the Better Business Bureau and Ford Motor to resolve the issue. If both of those fail to remedy and reimburse me for my out of,pocket expenses, next stop is the Collier County Circuit Court. After having been through this terrible experience, I doubt and question if Sunrise Ford even completed the 139 point inspection required to "certify" the car. It's impossible they missed this issue. Either there was no inspection at all or it was done inadequately. I would highly recommend that if you are basing your purchase of a car from Sunrise Ford that is "Ford Blue Certified" as we did, you look to another Ford dealer. read more

We purchased a used 2022 Ford Ranger from this dealership on May 30, 2025. The advertisement showed that it came with a pickup box extender which was not in the truck under the tonneau cover where we expected to find it when we got home late that night. We live 3.5 hours away from this dealer and sent emails to the manager as well as the salesman that the pickup box extender was NOT in the back of the truck. We were also lied to about their "required" Traceable Theft Protection Limited Warranty. We were rushed through the signing since it was getting late in the afternoon. When we got home that evening I read the document and it clearly says "You are NOT required to enter into this limited warranty in order to purchase, lease, or obtain financing for a vehicle." We were told this was "required" in conjunction with the "required" LoJack service which was supposed to be for as long as we own the truck, but it says on the form it is only for 24 months. I also told them about this in my email the very next morning on May 31. We do not need or want this LoJack service, nor the Traceable Theft protection limited warranty that we were charged for. The LoJack has NOT been activated and we do not want it. I have sent e-mails, texts and left voicemails for both the manager and the salesman. Neither of them have responded to me or tried to resolve this matter. It has been 10 days, which I think is ample time to expect a reply. I am disputing and seeking reimbursement for the missing pickup box extender which we need and will have to order from Amazon at a cost of $180. I am also disputing and seeking reimbursement for the LoJack service that we don't need or want for the $699 we were charged and also for the Traceable Theft Protection Benefit Limited Warranty that we don't need or want for the $299 we were charged. I emailed, texted and called the dealership about all 3 of these issues the very next day on May 31, and have heard NOTHING from any of them. read more

Awful experience! Do not buy a ford in general, let alone this place. They "forgot" to pay off our trade in vehicle after our brand new purchase. In return they said we would only get a full detail in return for their negligence, but every time we went they said they were too busy. Customer service is absolute dog shit!! We bought a brand new 70k vehicle from them and barely drove it for a few years and the whole transmission is completely shot. This isn't the only ford we've had with a bad transmission. The price was agreed upon over the phone. However, when I went to pick up the car, all the values had been changed and additional fees were included; they keep changing the numbers all the time. Initially, I signed a financing contract with one financial institution. Days later, I received a financing contract from a different bank, which I neither authorized nor approved. This change was made without my knowledge or consent. Furthermore, while driving the vehicle on the road shortly after picking it up, I discovered that two of the tires had low air pressure, parking service required, charging on the hybrid was not made. This represents a serious safety risk and should have been checked before the vehicle was delivered; they don't do and don't check anything. Post-sales contact is impossible; they don't respond to emails; they promise to order damaged items at the time of purchase and then never answer your calls again. I bought a brand new F250 king ranch super duty, after less than 2500 miles it gets a parking brake fault, I take it to Sunrise and speak to Dave in service (he is absolutely horrible), He sends my truck into the mechanic. He calls me tells me they have to order part and to drop my truck off in the morning. I take my truck back in the morning and tell Dave don't take my truck apart if it can't be fixed by noon, I have to go out of town for work 12-hour trip. I don't hear anything from him, so I go down there at 11:30, Dave tells me my truck is almost done and won't be much longer. At 2:30 I start raising hell and get the service manager Dave involved who tells me that they need 4 to 6 more hours to program it, or I can see if it will automatically update on its own. I take the truck and leave. I come back a week and a half later to tell them it's still not fixed. They take it at 0730 and tell me they will put it on the computer and will call me to let me know what's happening, at noon I go back down there to find out it hasn't been looked at yet and they need to keep it for a couple days with the possibility of longer being they may need to order another part. Just a complete run around and I would stay away from Sunshine Ford; I have lived in Florida for 9 years and this is the 3rd ownership change it's been through and now I see why. The practice of adding THOUSANDS on to $ for extras and making them MANDATORY is illegal in Fla. Yet there are several complaints on BBB regarding this very issue. What they do is put them in very small print.Under the bottom of the offer. Ultimate truck, I was looking at.They said they had sold there twice traded in by other customers. If these extras are mandatory, wouldn't they have been done at the first sale? How many times can you charge a person 2500. For ETCHING ? I'm reporting this to the florida attorney general. It is clearly any legal practice, after I walked away, they used dealed trick of calling me a few days later and asking me if I was coming for my appointment in order to start the conversation.that night , which of course I did not have, I told her I wasn't interested and why, she then offered to take 1000.00 dollars off of the 30,000, yet the extras they had added on including Etching , appearance package ( wax) , a low jack , 1000.00 for DOC FEES , etc equaled 4647.00. I told her repeatedly.I was not interested, she said, well think about it.And call me back, I told her I don't need to think about it. I had put that very vin number into edmunds, which has been around forever, it valued it at 18, 246. This used to be a great place. It's not anymore. To blatantly lie and say an etching and a low jack and wax are mandatory, they also have a special category called "installed packages" , they never would explain what that is. Did florida attorney general needs to stop these practices. I also found that truck listed online for 25, 798. The exact price they offered me prior to adding the $4647. This is an illegal practice clearly to draw you in waste hours of your time.Hope you get attached and overcharge you ridiculously. They need to post the out the door price and stop wasting our time. When trading in my 2 year old vehicle for a different, newer vehicle I found the process too long, they didnt clean or prep my new car while I was in with finance department. Over an hour, stickers and plastic left on the vehicle. Speaking of which, I sat with one of the finance personnel, cancelled my previous cars warranty, and purchased a new warranty so that there would be no confusion or misinterpretation of coverage. Was told Id get a refund. 3 months later, and Im still waiting. But biggest concern, prior to purchase, I noticed markings on rear fender. Informed person behind main desk before I left dealership. and it was supposedly noted. I took vehicle down to body shop, they took pictures and said after holidays they would let me know when it bring it in. They haven't done to date, making it 2 more months now. I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Charlie Brenner, Service Manager at Sunrise Ford. I brought my 2024 Ford Transit in for a recurring issue--a leak from the differential seal--which had already been "repaired" once before. Instead of taking responsibility, Charlie gave me countless excuses and suggested I continue driving the vehicle until they had availability, completely disregarding the risk to my safety and my business operations. When I asked for the General Manager's contact information to escalate the issue, he refused to provide it as well did the Sale Manager. I had to get it from another dealership, where the staff was far more helpful and professional. Only after contacting the GM did I finally receive the attention I deserved. To make matters worse, Charlie raised his voice at me when I asked him to put his recommendation (to keep driving the damaged vehicle) in writing, as I no longer trusted his word. This isn't the first instance of negligence either--during a previous service, the techs filled only 6 quarts of oil into a 12-quart engine, and all I got was a simple apology. Mistakes happen, but repeated errors combined with dishonesty and poor treatment are unacceptable. As a business owner, my vehicle is essential, and being told "that's your problem" shows complete disregard for customers. Warranties exist for a reason, and proper repairs should involve diagnosing the root cause, not just replacing faulty parts. I hope Sunrise Ford takes a serious look at how their service department is run because no customer should have to fight this hard for basic respect and proper service. Pictures for same issue deferents dates. read more

If there was a way to warn ANYONE not to trust this dealership, not to attend or give them your hard earned money -I would place a negative star or multiple negative stars. But I can only describe it. There is a reason why the name Ford stands for Found On Road DEAD!!! But this staff actually gives less than two shits about you and your time. How much $ do you take from customers DAILY? Unfortunately this dealership is a money machine. How many ppl were working when I finally arrived after calling all morning and getting no one ? I'm leaving this review to hopefully steer people clear of this dealership and service center since they repeatedly have shown that they are negligent and are ok with putting my family in danger. They will lie to you and are completely incompetent. I would not trust any used vehicle on their lot. They do not care about the safety of your family, you, or your time. I've been to many other Fords throughout the years and my experiences have always been mostly positive. This place however is the exact opposite. Most recently was my breaking point. I brought my families Expedition in for transmission issues under warranty just before it expired. We are a one vehicle family. They replaced the CDF drum with a rebuilt part. I was told multiple times by my service advisor that the part was brand new which was not the case. This repair was completed in January. Immediately after I picked up the vehicle I noticed a new issue that did not exist before the CDF drum was replaced. I called the shop and informed them that I needed to bring the vehicle back in. Since it was the weekend and I needed the vehicle for work after not having it for 2 weeks I brought it back the following week. Each day the shutter while accelerating in low speeds got worse. The longer I drove the worse it got as well. When they got the vehicle back they said they could not "replicate" the issue. I then went back to Ford and requested that the mechanic goes for a drive along with me to see the issue. The mechanic that did the CDF drum immediately recognized the issue and said the part was faulty and we were feeling a "torque converter shutter". They said they needed 5 more days with the vehicle to remedy the problem. I was told to bring the vehicle back the following week. Upon getting the vehicle back I see that all they did was a transmission fluid flush and the issue was still present. I again needed the vehicle back for my daughter's doctor appointments that week and work. I brought the vehicle back again and they had it for 10 days. I called multiple times for updates and eventually heard back where my service advisor aka the bearer of bad news, Dave said they had 3 people drive the vehicle and could not replicate the issue. I can't fathom how that's even possible, but it "happened". I went back down to Ford, 30 min each way to take another ride along with a mechanic that felt the issue immediately. Funny how that worked out. They then said they needed the vehicle for 3 more days to get corporate involved to fully diagnose the issue before anything could be done. They scheduled me for two weeks out. I'm blown away at this point. Their mechanic that did the work literally told my he knew the issue was a faulty CDF drum from the part they just put in. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that they don't want to touch it now since it's out of warranty and they would rather risk a lawsuit from my transmission going out while I'm driving and causing an accident than just lose the money to fix the problem they caused. After I picked the vehicle up again they said they needed more time that the three days to continue "diagnosing it". This time when I picked it up the miles on the odometer read the same as when dropped off so they did nothing. Charlie the service manager was nice to my face but only cares about their bottom line. Not the fact that they are ok with putting me back in a vehicle that I drive my family around in while it's slipping gears, having trouble accelerating at times, and shuttering while accelerating. It's truly shameful. It's almost May and they have done NOTHING read more

Hi all this is a long one but worth a read if you do not want this to happen to you If I could rate ZERO stars I would. We purchased a vehicle on May 27th at Sunrise Ford in Fort Pierce, FL. We were given a temporary tag and instructed to place our metal tag on the vehicle when we picked it up on May 28th. On July 6th, we received a letter stating that the driver's license would be suspended because the dealership had not filed the necessary paperwork for the tag transfer as well as any title work. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, the dealership has been unresponsive and unhelpful. When calling, the front desk often transfers you to someone who does not answer, and if you call back, they pick up and immediately put you on hold without speaking. I have also been emailing Raul Cabrera about this situation and never responds as well. The finance director, Raul Cabrera, issued a new temporary tag but did not resolve the underlying issue. When asked when the paperwork would be filed when we went to pick up the new temp tag, he stated, "I would be lying if I told you a date." He also claimed that delays were due to a cyber attack. However, when we contacted FLHSMV Region 9, they confirmed that his claims about the cyber attack were false, stating they were prepared to handle the situation with minimal impact on dealerships. Moreover, the paperwork should have been filed before the attack as the dealership had plenty of time. We had to surrender the tag to prevent the license suspension, and the DMV advised us to request a new metal tag from the dealership however I cannot get anyone to return my calls or emails. I have tried to be as patient as possible but this has been getting ridiculous. This situation is unacceptable and unprofessional. We have filed complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General's office, and FLHSMV. Please avoid this dealership at all costs and consider another Ford dealership, literally anywhere else as these people are only about the money and that it. read more

Somehow they were able to have my previous review removed. I've been steering potential buyers away from this place for almost 3 years now due to the horrible practices at this dealer. Paid $80,000 for a vehicle here and it was delivered with damage found within 12 hours of buying. The dealership is old and dimly lit as to prevent you from inspecting cars. They were quick to blame me for the damage which was impossible to happen except for on their lift, considering the location. Short version is - no matter what these guys say - even the owner of this glorified used car lot is only interested in the part of business that involves taking your money. They will not stand behind their products. read more

So. I ended up getting most of my money back from Sunrise Ford but it took forever and they didn't pay for my tow or subsequent repair. I ended up settling for a $450 refund. They did look at the car initially and install one module(that I ordered and paid for off of eBay) and their labor rate is $200/hr so I was happy to put it behind me but I will NEVER take ANYTHING to Sunrise Ford again for repair. This case is closed!!! read more
