Their store is well stocked with samples, and the staff was extremely helpful as they assisted us in making a decision that best met our needs. At one point, I was unsure of the color choice. They were very understanding and gave me time to decide if it was the best choice for our home. The installation was seamless! The gentlemen that installed the carpet were very professional and hard working. We had over 7 rooms of carpet and they did the installation in two days! They made sure each room was put back and that the carpet was vacuumed thoroughly. They even left us large remnants in case we need to repair a piece in the future. I highly recommend F and F for all of your flooring needs!

I needed a small…read morearea of hardwood flooring repaired in my kitchen then wanted the entire floor sanded, stained & resealed. F & F was able to schedule the quote visit within a couple of days from my call. Stacy took all measurements, asked me about my wants, made some suggestions and was on his way. Quote came in at a very fair and reasonable price (no gouging!) and I accepted. They got required insurance certificates to my HOA, scheduled work within a week and the crew arrived right on time. Work was done to my satisfaction (and then some), debris was removed, appliances returned to their rightful spot and house locked up as requested. I came home to beautiful floors that look amazing. Very happy I was referred to this company and I suggest you use them as well!

We had our entire…read morebasement floored with LV, the theater room was carpeted, and an upstairs bedroom was completed with wood floors to match the entire upstairs. Josh came by and gave us a competitive quote for the flooring, taking time to answer any questions. We had other quotes, some cheaper, but none of them matched the customer service of Cleveland Carpets. We waited 8 weeks for the install because we wanted to have Jim do ours floors, and he was booked out. We used Jim before to install floors upstairs, so we knew his work was top notch. Jim is a one man crew, who moved every piece of furniture himself, and put everything back in the exact same place. A few weeks later we had a door installed downstairs, and the contractor had to take up some of the carpet, which left a puffy area by the newly installed door. We called Cleveland, and Josh sent out a tech to reinstalled that area correctly. We asked how much and they said it's no charge. Who does that nowadays. If you need flooring done and want it done perfectly, call this company, you won't be disappointed. Thanks to Cleveland Carpets and their entire staff.

Hasi is the owner and he really helped us out with a house we are selling…read more We had some fungal growth in one part of the finished basement. Our agent gave me 3 companies, and we don't live in the area so everything is done via phone call, emails etc. One company never called back. Second quoted a ridiculously high price over the phone after asking about square footage and type of house. I made an appointment for the third company to see and quote, who then called back 2 hours later saying the manager/owner would charge $250 for the visit because we are selling the house, which makes no business sense. I found Hasi's company on my own. Hasi answered the phone himself and said this clean-up would not be cheap but shouldn't cost more than a few thousand dollars. After visiting the house (no charge), he gave a bid of ~$2300. He sent photos with his detailed quote that stated how many days the clean-up would take and the type of cleanup and equipment he would use. During and after the cleanup, he sent photos. His initial bid photos included his van in front of our house as visual proof he actually went. Payment and invoice were electronic, so it's easy to view and take care of. Sometime during the project, he mentioned he does a lot of property security (eg boarding up and re-keying vacant houses) for a big real estate company I actually knew about and couple of my real estate friends had worked there. Hearing this gave me additional assurance that Hasi was reputable. Hasi's communication, quality work, and reasonable price really helped out my family.
