    I don't usually do negative reviews but I feel I have to warn people. I've been wanting to scuba…read moredive and thought Australia would be perfect place. I was excited to find someone who said they were good with beginners, advertised as no experience needed, however that was NOT the case with Scuba Steve. Upon arrival, he was going back and fourth with the other girls on the boat that they needed to pay more for two dives, as the advertised price was wrong online, he already seemed money hungry from the start. I was literally only able to do 10 min in the water before I found out scuba diving was not for me. I stayed on the boat and kept to myself for the next 4 hours, sea sick and regretful. I assumed that of course he would give me a discount as I was only in the water 10 minutes if not less, I used hardly any air or any of their time once I got sick. He agreed and told me he would discuss it later. When I called him he said he would give me $50 back which was not a lot since I spent 230$. Although I didn't feel that was fair to charge me for two dive sessions, when I hadn't even done one, I just wanted to get back whatever I could. When I called him to initiate charge back he changed his mind . He started to yell over me and would not even let me talk. Saying that there was nothing he could do, and going back on what he had originally said. We both know he could have easily given me back a measly 50$ back, but he refused and accused me of using all the air and said I got what I paid for, what a joke. I have never dealt with someone so unreasonable. How can you go back on your word like that? He made a lot of money on me considering I hardly did anything. I thought he would do the right thing since I did not get the experience I paid for. Steve has no customer service skills. He is strictly there to make as much money as possible. He knows he treated me unfairly and the cherry on the Sunday was being yelled at by a grown man. That is not how you treat customers. SHAME ON YOU STEVE! Also my friends air tank was leaking air when she was 20 feet deep under water... how janky is that?? On a side note I feel as though Mel was professional, patient, and sweet. I hope he doesn't yell at her like he yelled at me on the phone.
