The interaction came across as unhelpful and discourteous. We completely understand if an item is out of stock or unavailable, but we still expect customer service to be respectful and professional. We wanted to make you aware of the experience because it was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service we would expect. The cashier on the other hand was very helpful and was willing to go look, but unfortunately had a line of customers, and we advise that we appreciated the gesture.

While fueling up, I looked up RaceTrac and it looks like it was started way back in 1934 by Carl Bolch Sr. in St. Louis, Missouri. It has since expanded to over 550 locations throughout twelve states in the southern United States. I have never had any real issues at a RaceTrac and it is one of the brands that I woukd pick over other brands. All in all, this was an overall positive experience and I would recommend stopping here if you need gas and maybe something from the convenience store (or maybe a bit of both). I will give it an overall rating of four stars.

I've been served spoiled milk multiple times (at least 3 out of 5 orders), and on top of that, I regularly order oat milk and somehow end up getting whole milk instead. Since I order delivery, I don't realize until it's already too late. No accountability, no consistency, and no care. For something as simple as coffee, this location manages to get it wrong far too often.

I only got gas here, so the review does not include the store attached. There are quite a few pumps here which is convenient. However, the gas here was around 10¢ more per gallon than neighboring stations. Because I was able to use my rewards I only paid 3.86 per gallon which is still incredibly expensive but better than paying over $4 per gallon. I was disappointed the complimentary windshield cleaning stations had murky gross water and no paper towels so I was unable to clean the pollen off my windshield and back window. Be careful, this is one of the stations that charges 2 separate prices for cash and credit. The pump did work well though and it was quick to use my rewards and pay and pump. Overall an ok experience but the place could use work.
