You shouldn't stop/shop here. I will say that I did also witness some unwarranted racism here and that's ridiculous, but definitely DO NOT buy any vapes at this location. They're more expensive than other places, and the vapes are fake. This is a huge problem because you don't know what could be in these vapes. I've added a picture of this to see the difference. You can tell the vape on the left is fake because of the placement of the (non-functioning) charge port on the bottom. The two on the right are real. There are other ways to tell that they're fake as well, but this is just the basics. The vape on the left stopped working after just a few hours, and these usually last me about a week. This store is ripping you off substantially if you buy these.

It's very close to Hampton Golf Village, which is why I chose to fill up here. In fact, the convenience store (Kwik Mart) has a golf shoe cleaner outside the entrance. I had to create the Yelp listing for this Chevron, which is kind of surprising considering this Chevron has been here since at least October 2007 according to Google Street View. This Chevron has eight standard pumps and then a separate pumping area for diesel; I believe off-road diesel only. The pumps were old and worn; probably could use refurbishment or replacement. The screens / prices were hard to read. Despite what the Chevron website said, the pumps here did not accept NFC (contactless) payment. Most of the pumps were either out of order / no gas or had a sign posted on them that said you couldn't pay outside, so you had to go inside to pay. I think there were only a couple pumps where you could actually pay outside with card. The paper towel dispensers were out of paper towels (usually never a problem at a chain like QT) and the gas prices were relatively expensive, but at least my receipt printed fine. This Chevron was offering GetUpside free cash back when I visited, but the amount was only $0.01 per gallon back. Better than nothing. If you're not familiar with or never used the GetUpside app before, it's a no-brainer for free cash back on gas, food, and other purchases. It's also nice to have if you hit up a bunch of different gas stations like I do. Use my invite code DANIEL66482 to get an extra $0.15 per gallon back the first time you use the app. There's no catch or gimmick, as far as I can tell, and I've been using the app regularly since summer 2020.

Recently updated, road side convenience store offering gas (including diesel), drinks, snacks & a…read moregood selection of various supplies. They even have a small cafe where they make fresh foods for breakfast & lunch. Anything from pizza to deli to diner type options. Consistently good food whatever you choose. Staff within the store, as well as, in the cafe have always been super friendly, helpful & willing to accommodate. Opens at 6 AM during the week & 7 AM on the weekends. 7 days a week. The only convenience store we go to in this area of Ellijay!

As we stood in the parking lot enjoying our snacks the couple told us to leave or they would call the sheriffs office, when the officer arrived he very politely informed us that these people are very nasty to bikers and we would be better off avoiding this place. We will heed his advice.
