I fought 2hrs of traffic to pickup key and get it programmed only to find out the key was not cut correctly rendering it not usable after waiting a month. I made an inquiry to the manager by email if the concern could be escalated and no response ytd. Once the sale was done they washed hands with me and left me hanging. Crazy thing is I was referring customers to the location and have advised them not to move forward. I'm so disappointed at the response I'm receiving from this location. You basically have to keep driving the distance to get things done yourself because once you drive off the lot that is it. However, this will likely be my choice amongst them all. I only have to go inside 1 or 2 times out of 10. But when I do, I am greeted and the attendant is pleasant. That is not a common occurrence at gas stations anymore. The snacks are stocked and the lobby area is clean. My only issue has been a few times the area immediately outside of the pump has been noticeably dirty. Maybe it's lots of construction traffic, but I've had to take wipes to clean off the bottoms of my shoes a few times before I step back into the car. It isn't trash, more like it needs a good power washing. It hasn't stopped me from coming back, but I have noticed it a few times recently.
