Their pricing was about $200 higher than some other European specialty shops in the area, but their strong reviews made me decide to give them a shot. The final bill ended up being slightly higher than the original quote, but not by much. They also performed an inspection and recommended a few additional items. One recommendation was the cabin air filter, which I had literally just replaced myself. To Diego's credit, he explained that his technician was mainly going off the vehicle mileage recommendation and likely didn't physically inspect the filter closely before suggesting it. Overall, the service itself was good, communication was solid, and the shop seems professional. That said, the higher pricing and the upsell recommendation on a brand-new cabin filter gave me mixed feelings about returning in the future. Not a bad experience, just one where I think customers should double-check recommended add-ons.

I am now out $500 and will have to go to the dealership to have this issue fixed.
