Somehow this is one of the smaller shell stations locally yet it's ALWAYS busy! 8 times out of 10 I've driven by and all the pumps are occupied! It's also right off a major highway exit, including the CCRI Lincoln Campus, Davies, and that God Awful MacColl YMCA. It's kind of convenient but the price for gas is on the higher side with other stations nearby usually being a few cents cheaper. I honestly do not understand why this station is always so busy! It's like they never have downtime!

I went in the bathroom with my daughter (the bathroom was disgusting.( There was blood in the toilet like it hasn't been cleaned all day the floor was filthy) and one of the workers named idel was being very rude. He astold my husband that it's his store and he could do whatever he wants, and then started, shoving his badge in my husband's face which is completely unacceptable and not OK !!!! By the time we ended up paying for our items he was swearing at us and telling us that he can't wait for us to write him up because it's his that nothing will happen to him. The other cashier working there from 4 to 12. He was really respectful. Idel just needs to really work on his customer service And learn not to be yelling and swearing at customers specially when they have their child with them.

Overall, this is a pretty average gas station that gets the job done, but there are definitely a…read morefew areas that could use some improvement. The store itself is a Circle K, while the gas pumps are Gulf, which I found a little confusing. I wasn't quite sure if I was at a Circle K or a Gulf station based on the different branding. The pumps weren't the dirtiest I've seen, but they certainly weren't the cleanest either. There was dust and dirt around the pump area, and the pavement was heavily stained. Again, it's a gas station, so some wear and tear is expected, but the pump area could definitely use a good cleaning. There was also an issue today where none of the pumps were accepting payment at the pump, so everyone had to go inside to pay. It wasn't the end of the world, but it was definitely inconvenient when you're trying to quickly get gas. The employee working the register wasn't particularly friendly either. He took my payment, but there wasn't much interaction beyond that and no real effort to provide a pleasant customer-service experience. That being said, the Circle K store itself was fine, and ultimately this place does what it's supposed to do--provide gas and convenience items. With a little more attention to cleanliness, customer service, and perhaps some clearer branding between Circle K and Gulf, this could be a better overall experience.
