Again, it's a gas station, so some wear and tear is expected, but the pump area could definitely use a good cleaning. There was also an issue today where none of the pumps were accepting payment at the pump, so everyone had to go inside to pay. It wasn't the end of the world, but it was definitely inconvenient when you're trying to quickly get gas. The employee working the register wasn't particularly friendly either. He took my payment, but there wasn't much interaction beyond that and no real effort to provide a pleasant customer-service experience. They were at my house at 8:30am the next morning clearing out the competitor's tank and replacing with their tanks and filling them. This was with 2 feet of snow on the ground! They were very thorough and were a breath of fresh air after what I had been through with the other propane company. They have since kept my tank filled without my having to call them. And their prices are much better than what I had been paying. I'm so thankful I made the change.

Yes, this place is both self and full service. Yesterday I pulled in, I live on the East Side of Providence so Mineral Spring isn't a place I normally find myself, but alas! There I was in need of gas. I pull in, it's pouring out so I pull next to a pump that's covered by the canopy when an older gentleman appeared next to my window asking if "I wanted full or self" then followed up by saying "full is $.90 extra a gallon". With that information I decided to pump my own gas. I moved to another pump, went inside where the gentleman and I said I didn't need to save the money (I do drive a German sports car) and how many people he has to tell on any given day. We then discussed the rain, the Patriots and how quickly Thanksgiving is approaching. All this under a minute after which I went outside, pumped my gas and left. I feel most of the reviews people are just mad for not actually paying attention and rather than accepting they may have made a mistake, they will take it out on the business itself.

It clearly seems to me as though the ownership is trying to save some $$ and screw over their customers by closing the touchless wash whenever they feel convenient, so much for "24/7". At least half the time I drive all the way there there's cones blocking off the entrance. One would think that with all this money we're paying them making they could at least make their shit work.
