They kept yelling at us to put the car in neutral after they lined us up, we had it in neutral from the point they instructed to. We came out of the car wash with the car covered in soapy bubbles. Went in and complained and was instructed to go through again. Went through a second time and the car was covered in soapy bubbles AGAIN. We drove home and rinsed the bubbles off. The car did not even look like it had been through a car wash. Do NOT recommend getting a car wash at this location!!

We drove two cars to drop it off our truck and get errands and house work done. When we arrived at 9:00 am the door was locked. A few minutes later a few more cars arrived and a worker showed up. He claimed he had keys but not to the alarm so could not get in. Said the manager was on vacation and the district manager was supposed to coordinate someone to open. We decided to leave the car and get a coffee down the street. When we returned around 9:30 the same guy said he has yet to hear from anyone. So we left and sent a message to the company for a follow up. No response. Poor customer service. And they better pay that worker for a full day. He showed up.

Our pick up truk's tranmission blew while we were on vacation in Wells ME. We had the truck towed…read moreby AAA to Presision Transmission and Auto Care at 809 Sanford Rd in Wells. David looked at our issue on the same day the truck arrived at his facility. He explained things and gave us an estimated coast and told us it was our call. We we elected to have the work done based on his reputation. We made the right call, the price was in the same ball park, no surprises and the large job was completed in a timely fashion. Dave and his staff were so professional and friendly. My truck was repaied , he gave me advice and a print out with all the info on this job. The truck runs awesome. Not being from Wells I was a bit worried, but David put those worries to rest quickly. Precision Transmission and Auto proved to be an honest family run business, AAA approved too. Very good people work there.
