This guy has had my phone since late January it is now April 4th and i still haven't had my phone fixed or returned to me. Question 1 Because this is a boost store i need to know if you can fix a virgin mobile? Answer 1 Yes we fix all phones i have a phone repair guy that comes in to fix the phones. Question 2: My primary phone just broke this is my other phone that broke that is better than my primary i need this done asap can you provide this? Answer 2: Yes my guy can have it ready in two to 3 days. I gave this guy a $40 down payment for a $110 fix and went to pick up my phone over 10 times to hear a new story. First time i went to pick it up the guy says the phone was defective so he sent it overseas. Really? without my permission i could have went to another repair shop! from there on the lies continued. My phone is in Califonia... I have a email stating that they have received your phone he showed me this a month later....The phone was received in Califonia Feb. 2. Then he tells me when i brought my father that he is just waiting for a part. Um? What happened to my phone? Now you saying my phone never left it was always a part we were waiting on? He tells me come back tomorrow i came back in 3 days still no phone.... Come back tomorrow again the guy should have it fixed i come back in 4 days no phone. Now the rapair man who comes in to fix phones has it at his store has my phone at his house and he can't deliver it because he has a pnemonia and his kids "conveniently" have it also so now i have to wait 4-7 days for the guy to bring it to my fuel gas station, I really need to know what to do about this guy because i need something for his nonprofessionalism I am still battling to get my phone back it's been over 2 months
