As we entered, he was finishing another group, or at least trying to. Shortly after they walked out the door, they walked back in. They keys he had given them did not match the vehicle they had reserved. For whatever the reason, it wasn't a simple matter of handing them the correct keys, he had to void the rental and start all over. Midway through this nightmare, another "renter" walks in plus some random folks trying to buy Lotto tickets. These people are so frustrated, they finally leave. We, however, have to stay since we are committed to move this stuff today. All in all, what should have been a 15 minute process took well over an hour. If you're going to leave someone in charge of this operation, make sure you train them. This guy was struggling to get anything done.
