Lucky also has the famous Crunchy Krispy Chicken, a national franchise with many fans. I tried a leg quarter and an order of tenders and was quite pleased. Ordering is a little confusing if you only want chicken and I think I got charged for meal portions with the sides left off at my request. Anyway, it's very good chicken and I'm glad I checked it out. On a par with Popeyes I would say.

There's 6 pumps, at an angle, but only about 10' of space between the front of the pumps and the edge of the pavement, so navigate there carefully. Since they're on the south side of Ballston Spa, their prices are generally cheaper due to competition, but their prices are still a few cents a gallon higher than the stations down the road at the 50/67 split. There are parking spaces in front and on the south side, and during busy hours, they're almost always full. It's probably people getting their morning coffee and sandwiches there instead of the fast food chains just beyond. It's a medium sized Stewart's. This one has outdoor picnic tables on the north side that are sheltered by a roof, a nice convenience. Selection is good, however, if you want all the bells and whistles of a newer, larger Stewart's, that would be the relocated and expanded one on the north side of town at the intersection of NY 50 and North Line Rd.

Had AAA tow it to their shop. Got a phone call 7 hours later telling me that the breaks could not be bled because the break lines were leaking from anti lock to front breaks. And that it would take between 3 and 4 hours to replace @ $75 an hour plus tax Ok, I didn't just fall off the turnip truck,and I know my way around motor vehicles. Also It would not be ready until Monday. I said don't touch it and had it towed to another shop. There was a small leak at the anti lock. The mechanic put a wrench on it,bled the brakes and charged me $35 Oh and I forgot to mention when I picked the vehicle up at Jims auto center, I was charged $42.27 for a half hours labor. Do your self a favor and stay away from Jims auto center. They are shysters.

After inspection the only way my tire could have come off is if the mechanic never tightened the lug nuts back on my tire, they flew right off. When I called to see if they could at LEAST fix the rotor and caliper the accident caused I was told no way this was our fault and they promptly hung up, when I tried to call back they would not answer the phone. I am very disappointed, I couldn t even get an apology. I liked this place but since they have been bought out its a mess. This Valero appears to be quite new, and it's already on the competitive side and also the very busy side. With entrances/exits on both Saratoga Rd. and Brookline Rd., there is traffic entering and exiting everywhere, and there's not always enough pavement to get around cars, particularly at the corner closest to the traffic intersection. There's also a medium-sized convenience market here, M&M Food Mart.

I used to go to the clifton park location, but lately I have been using the Ballston Spa location more as im here more often and the gas is cheaper. They have a price that is comparatively lower than the other gas stations near by. I do have their smart pay membership that gives you 10 cents off their regular gas price In addition, there are some rewards like free coffee Fridays and slushies or soda that you can accumulate as you fill gas. They also do have promotional offers like free soda or red bull once in a while. Their pizza needs some improvement, and I wouldn't recommend it. The location is a little outdated when compared to other Cumberland locations in Saratoga county.

I don't know why it's so touchy there, any other Cumberland I stop at always works every single time. It's almost like they turn it off. I know it's not me, today I asked 2 others pumping gas if they had an issue and both did. I asked about what carrier their phones used and they were different from mine. So I know it's not my phone! So much for $0.10 a gallon off!
