I was less than 3 gallons in and it had already shut off 5 times. At first i thought it was happening because i wasn't physically holding it like you have to do when it's broken but even after i started holding it, it kept shutting off. I had an Aprilaire 5000 air filter installed on our system years ago. They change the air filter during their yearly check and I change it six months later. It's a simple system you just need to pull out the cartridge, clean off the housing and grate, replace the filter and slide it back in. In June when they did their yearly check, they damaged the system to where I cannot pull it out to do maintenance. When I called to have them fix the issue, they deflected and claimed it must have been something I did. That I shouldn't even be touching it, when the techs themselves told me to have it changed repeatedly. So they won't come out and fix the issue. They won't even investigate. I called another place to schedule service. The new HVAC company asked me to send a picture of the label inside the system, well what do I find when I remove the panel? There's a hand towel left under the pump, which per the new company is a fire hazard. I would not recommend this place and suggest take your business anywhere else.

I'm writing this review tonight because we're in the middle of the Covid-19 lockdown and there are still people hanging around, getting up in people's faces. AVOID this store at all costs. It's literally hazardous to your health.
