Fast and effective pumper! My gas was prompted pumped and topped off just perfectly. It's my go to station in the OC.

Gas is fine. Attendant could use some customer service training. Prices are on island prices

Went here to grab something quickly. I waited at the register for a few minutes until the guy even came inside the gas station & when he did I gave him what I needed & asked if I could buy the lotto tickets from him. He laughed and sarcastically said yeah. Then I asked which ones he has since I'm from California, he rolled his eyes and pointed to the signs that were behind me. I asked my boyfriend which one I should get & the guy working gets annoyed and shakes his head behind the register so I just said never mind it's fine I won't get one. There was no line or anything else for him to be doing so he needs to chill and not get irritated with customers who want to spend money at this location. I didn't get his name but he has light eyes and really short hair(almost bald) he probably shouldn't work in a customer service type job. This wasn't the only encounter that made me write this review.. Before we left ocean city we needed gas and decided to stop here again. My boyfriend then came in and got money out of the ATM to get cash so we could split gas with the driver. He asked him to break his 20 and the guy asks what he needed it for.. (Uh none of your business?)But he explained he needed it for gas and the guy snared and shook his head like it was the biggest problem ever.. Definitely not a pleasant experience. Crazy New Jersey and their full station gas stations. I'm from Ohio and forgot this. I put my credit card in and was about to pump when I heard someone else get chastised. The guy came and cancelled my charge and then proceeded to swipe my card multiple times in both directions. He ended up getting my card blocked by Chase. I gave him another card and he did the same thing. I told him you only have to swipe once. What should have been very quick took a lot longer. I don't understand why he has to type so many codes; when I did it I didn't have to type any. For full service they don't do anything else. Didn't clean my windows or ask to check my oil (ha ha). What a bunch of garbage. They had 6 pumps and only 2 people working so you have to wait.... The employee was nasty and rude and that's probably because people didn't notice their little sign that says full service. When you park your car go to the pump from the right you can't see their little sign on the left side. I told him they should put it by the credit card reader. He told me people like me wouldn't read it anywhere they put it. I had to control my temper because my wife was with me :) read more

Giving this Sunoco station 5 stars as it is (or, as of December 2018, was) one of a handful of gas stations operating on the island. Hopefully someone will purchase the station and keep it operating very soon. read more

Prices are high because it's on the island. A 3 minute trip over the bridge to Somers Point can save 30 cents per gallon sometimes. Customer service is iffy at best. Save this place for the time you need gas in a hurry and can't leave the island read more

I stopped in here just a few minutes ago to grab a quart of oil. There was not one single person in the parking lot or getting gas. I pulled up to a spot right in front of the store that appeared to be a parking spot. After I purchased my oil I came out and opened my hood and started to put the oil into my car. With that the attendant from the inside, which seems to be the owner, comes out and starts yelling at me that I am not parked in a spot. He then demands that I move my vehicle to put the engine oil in. I tell him I'm not doing it and he is just lost a customer. He then tells me that he does not want my kind in his store anyway. Me being Caucasian and him of Middle Eastern dissent. This gentleman is a flat out racist and does not deserve anyone's business. I recommend going anywhere else. Go to the gas station next-door. I will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. 0 STARS read more
