I also have been able to go to other ModWash locations with the membership, which I like being able to do. I have learned which are the least & most crowded times to go there. The employees are very helpful & friendly. The only issue I have is, I feel like sometimes there is not quite enough space between cars. I understand they are trying to cycle cars through when it's busy, but as a customer, I don't think the tailgating is a good idea. It affects the way the vehicles are cleaned (or not cleaned as a result). If that changes, I'll change this review to 5 stars.

If one of these new carwash facilities just tried to separate themselves from all the others they would probably be very successful. Spray and soft brush the vehicles at entry, slow the wash down just a little bit this wash isn't overly fast but a little slower would be nice, and please have someone dry the windows and mirrors. Also like all the other new places they have self service vacuums. I've been driving since 1987. Up until the 2000's vacuuming and drying came with the majority of drive thru carwash locations.
