The hot dog bun was split. There was no cheese on the hot dog. Everything was lukewarm, not hot. I called to complain, and Abe told me I had to call corporate to get a credit. Sad customer service. They were very sweet and redirected me across the parking lot to a separate building. Due to the distance, I got back in my car and drove over to where the bathroom was. When I walked up to the door I could already smell what ever was coming out of the bathroom. That should have been my first time to turn around and find another bathroom but at that point, I really had to go. I went back to my car to get baby wipes, because I did not want to touch even the outside handle. upon entering the bathroom I was completely horrified. It was completely filthy. Not to mention that the heater was running, but not working properly, so it was cold and smelled like gas.

Condiments on the sandwich perfectly spread and the correct amount. The time from order to inception was perfect. The coffee and coffee bar in perfect condition. Very orderly and clean. The coffee was delicious. I get the Cuban Dark roast. I paid with self checkout. It was flawless and I made sure to scan my Wawa card. Only downfall was the Coke Machine was out of Ginger ale. It appears the Coke Freestyle fountain was out of a large amount of drinks. I got Vanilla Root beer. It was okay. Gas prices are the lowest I've seen in the neighborhood. As we know Wawa changes gas prices daily.

Stringer's is a great gas station…read more Don't come for the views, the chit-chat, the potholes or because gas station coffee, fumes and signs gives you the fuzzies. You come to Stringer's, because of the name, the guarantee they are open and super gas prices. That said, it's a nifty little shop: 4 pumps, a little bar and sort of an antiquated system of paying for gas with a card, by first handing card, then signing a receipt! It's kind of old-Western COOL! It's a narrow shop; but pleasant and always open. During Covid the woman came out during the day 2x with a spray-hose to power-wash all the gas-pump grounds - that's what I call awesome! Great job. I'll be back!! Rebel review: 4

**this is a continuation of reviews i have posted at cvs and walgreens, skip to last paragraph to…read moreread about only wawa" does no one need to use the restroom after dark? why is this a "thing" in woodbridge? i went into this store and a cvs (which i have already left a review for) while i was traveling with my infant. i'm a young mom, and traveling alone with my infant is scary, let alone the standstill traffic on 95 in the middle of the night. my gps took me on a detour and i ended up on this road. i saw a cvs sign and on their window it said open til midnight. i went in and looked for the restrooms and nothing. i walked up to the pharmacy and asked her and she told me i'd have to go back up front and ask.... what? do you have one or not? anyways i went back up there and the gentleman was checking people out in self checkout.... sir, it's a SELF checkout. if you don't trust people then turn them off and check people out yourself. he was halfway through the group of guests in front of me when he looked at me and said something intelligible and i asked him to repeat himself. he said "what do you need" i responded "do you have a restroom" to which he responded, "it's out of order." do the people in woodbridge not use the restroom after dark? you're telling me after dusk there's no restroom? that RIDICULOUS. i turned around and put my child back in her car seat and we headed onward. at this point it's well past 10. i saw a walgreens and thought to myself they HAVE to have a restroom. well i walked in the doors and i was greeted by a friendly woman and i asked her if they had a restroom. she responded with "it's closed at night" HOW DO PEOPLE SURVIVE IN WOODBRIDGE?!? i would've been more than happy to buy something to use the restroom, but it wasn't even an option. i won't be returning to either location if my life depended on it. so after a LONG search for a restroom, i called my family and asked them to look around on the map for me, they told me there was a wawa here and i was finally going to be able to use the restroom. i pull up (around 10:45pm) and it's dark, but it's to be expected. it was fairly well lit. i pull up to the spot closest to the door and i see a man walking up, i assume he's walking inside, so i get out of my car to get my kid out of the car and he stops. he bends down as if to pick something up, and starts speaking to me. "ma'am! maam!" i quickly grab my kid and rush inside. he doesn't follow me. once inside i set off my car alarm to scare him off hopefully. i go inside do my buisness and i walked up to a woman stocking tea, i explained what happened and that i'm a nervous mess to go outside. she hardly even let me ask her to go outside with me! she was so sweet and didn't even bat an eye when i asked her. she came out with me, i said i didn't see him, but she waiting outside my car for me to put my kid in the car and asked me if i was okay now, i responded with yes, and on we went. i didn't catch her name but she was probably around mid 40's i think (i have a horrible time at telling ages) and she was wearing a black shirt last night. whoever her boss is, give that woman a raise!! and ma'am, whoever you are, thank you. it meant so much to my family, my daughter, and especially me. being in an unfamiliar place with a small child is scary and you're amazing

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the management at this Wawa location. Their behavior, specifically how they look at women, comes across as harassing rather than helpful. It makes for a very rude and unwelcome which detracts from an otherwise clean store.

This shop is extremely unprofessional. We dropped off our car for an oil change and returned two…read morehours later to find the car wasn't even on the property. Minutes later, we saw an employee driving it in from the road. When we asked why someone was taking our car off the lot, the manager became defensive and actually yelled at us. Later, a second manager admitted the employee had taken our car to run a personal errand to Home Depot, which is completely unacceptable. They tried offering a free oil change, but we refused and got a refund. The second manager tried to justify saying it was an "honest mistake" and that they do this all the time and showed no remorse. Avoid this place--they will use your car without permission! Extremely unprofessional

5/15/24 2 PM Wednesday…read more LOCATION: Located on the corner of Clipper Drive and Old Bridge Road. It is connected to Coastal Wholesale Gas & Food. PURPOSE OF VISIT: Truck was shipped into state and before registering it with the DMV we had to get an emissions and inspection check. You need to pass both in the state of VA. TERMINOLOGY: (For those who have different guidelines in different states) EMISSIONS- involves testing gas emissions for the purpose of reducing air pollution. INSPECTIONS: Ensures that your vehicle meets safety and mechanical standards by law. We were a walk in, Mike took us right away. The truck passed emission test, failed inspection. BAD BRAKES. The hubster was in agreement with that so we left the car for him to fix. Mike also gave us options as far as taking it elsewhere or doing it ourselves . This made me feel like he just wasn't there to take our money. Location is convenient for us and it is one of the cheapest gas fills ( if paying by CASH) in the area right now.

Not a brake light, or headlight . . a friggin side marker bulb. Of course, he's willimg to replace it for $90. I say, " no way will I pay that for a bulb replacement." He puts a "fail" sticker in the windshield. I go to the car in the parking lot and tap on the bulb, and it lights! Even charges me a dollar to then put a "pass" sticker on the windshield. They're not your friends here; they'll look for any little thing to up-charge you unreasonably.
