Upon arriving around 1:00 PM, I repeatedly informed the front office staff of my intense discomfort, but no assistance was provided. Once brought back to a room, I was left waiting for over an hour before Dr. Osada administered a local anesthetic to ease the pain. However, as the waiting extended for hours, the anesthetic wore off, and the pain returned. My repeated calls for help were ignored, and I ultimately did not receive complete treatment until 4:00 to 5:00 PM. ​During the procedure, the environment was highly unprofessional. Dr. Osada and his assistant carried on personal conversations about internal office drama, firing fears, and leaving early--completely ignoring my presence and comfort. While I appreciate that Dr. Osada successfully removed three fragments of the broken file, the neglect of my severe pain, the hours of delay, and the inappropriate behavior during care made this one of the worst healthcare experiences I have ever had.

This place is like no other as it reminds me a mini mall but for dentist specialties. I went for a cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was around 7:30am and I was down out in 50 minutes which is not too bad. I wish I knew about the mini-arcade that they have in there, but then again I would be occupied and not want to have my appointment nor head to work. The only downside is they do make you fill out a lot of paperwork and it is on your phone which sometimes it makes it hard to fill out. I wish they have an option to send it through email and fill it on the computer as doing it over the phone can be tricky. Xrays was not too bad, they have this machine that does a 360 xray which was fun, they do the other x-rays which where they stick the film in your mouth and take a snapshot. It is not too bad, but that takes around 20 minutes. Then, they did my teeth cleaning which took around 15 minutes. I spent the other 10 minutes waiting to get my teeth clean and then 5 minutes for the dentist to come in and check out the teeth. Overall, I do not mind coming here for my future visit. Staff was nice and friendly and patient.

Dr. Rehman takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care.
