When I had reached out to the team here I was met with an immediate response by Helen. Who was very responsive and did a great job giving me a quote ahead of time after sending them a few pictures. (This is different as a lot of other companies I spoke with were saying they had to come see the stuff before giving me a quote) She was very transparent with the pricing and how much I would expect to pay for the size that she thought would be necessary. On our day of scheduled service Helen arrived w/her team and they were QUICK. Like initially my family and I had thought this was going to take at least 4-6 hours and they were in and out in less than 2! Additionally while helping look for other specific services Helen has a great network she can utilize that she can help connect you too! I promise I'm a real customer who is absolutely happy of the work the TossDaJunk team did and will absolutely be working with them again in the future for any of our needs!

Update: the next day I finally got a call from Junk King and the guy (Ryan?) was not very sorry and pretty rude. He said he was busy. He started acting disparaging when we said we decided to work with someone else. Even though we are still figuring out who we will work with, we know it won't be Junk King.

*First, the Gentlemen Who Provided the Service: 5 stars*…read more It's hard to put into words how exceptional Carlos and Jean were. Not only were they communicative about their ETA, they: - asked through questions about exactly what was to be removed and explained the estimate to me in a concise, professional manner - handled the job efficiently and with absolute precision - showed up with smiles on their faces and calm, kind demeanors. They could tell how stressed I was feeling and met that stress with warmth, encouragement, and support far beyond the call of duty. During the short 10-15 minutes they were on site, both gentlemen checked in with me to make sure I was personally doing okay and to ask if there was anything more they could do to help. I can't speak to the rest of the Weebble crew, as this was my only experience using the company, but I can wholeheartedly say that the two men that helped me are assets to any company they choose to work for. *Second, Ease of Booking and Scheduling: 5 Stars* Carlos and Jean's work aside, the booking and scheduling process was exceptional, too. Within minutes of my extremely last-minute booking request, I received a text to coordinate the exact timeframe and an explanation of the services/bid process. I was able to ask questions via text (if you prefer, you can also choose to communicate via phone call) and received prompt, complete responses to each question. Thank you so much. I was and am blown away by the adept and excellent work provided by Weeble and its employees from start to finish. Absolutely worth every penny.

I was trying to coordinate a local move in Houston between a POD in storage at the Brookshire…read morelocation to be brought to Houston near Gessner and Westheimer Rd. I had seen College Hunks on Shark Tank and called them and spoke to Caithlyn and explained PODS gives a "window" for the delivery on their containers. Caithlyn was very understanding and said they could work with me. I scheduled my College Hunks for the next day and they showed up on time and began to help me do the second half of my move first, since PODS had changed their arrival time three times! My College Hunks crew was Dre and Willie T. , and they arrived with smiles and knowledge of careful moving of fragile furniture that was 100 years old. They handled everything with caution and care and enthusiasm. They enjoyed being my crew and asked what I wanted done next, and where I wanted things placed. I could not have asked for two more outstanding movers and they went the extra step to make sure things were moved correctly and gently, using pads, tape, common sense and wrapping. Finally, PODS showed up 4 1/2 hours later than their "window", but College Hunks made use of the time rearranging some things in my storage to accommodate several boxes arriving in the POD. Everything went smoothly and I was thrilled to have Dre and Willie T. as my crew. I have moved several times, and these two college hunks were amazing! I can recommend them highly, and was lucky to arrange this move in less than 24 hours! Thank you, Caithlyn, Dre, and Willie T. for making my day! By the way, their prices are very affordable! They also haul junk and will take apart and move fancy Smart beds. As for PODS, I won't be using them again, but I will be calling College Hunks for all my moving needs!
