It was a nice little self serve station. In no time at all, Dina was ushering me into her chair. She talked with me about what I wanted, and worked with me to iron out the details. During the cut she kept up friendly conversation with me, and stayed focus on my hair. Throughout the whole thing, she was very meticulous (something I appreciate with stylists), and threw in explanations for what she was doing and what I would do for my hair each time she moved on to a new part. My hair came out beautiful, and I am so very happy with her cut. She also showed me some different ways I could style it, and made a few suggestions for other work if I was interested (but wasn't pushy at all about it, just recommendations on how enhance things I pointed out I liked). The salon is in a small strip mall with plenty of parking, which made it easy to get there. I booked a women's haircut with Aida and came in on a Monday. It was especially peaceful since she was the only stylist working that day. Aida was very friendly, easy to talk to, and took great care of my hair. She took her time and made sure everything looked good throughout the appointment. My haircut was $85 and took a little over an hour. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back to Aida and Justin Michael's Salon for future haircuts or any other hair needs!

If it was just the bad hair cut but the hair was straight, it would be fine, but my hair is completely melted at the tips even with the drastic cut. It took 4.5hours, I left with wet unstyled hair and due to requests from friends and family to get my hair fixed as I had very uneven chunks of hair missing in the back, I had to go to another salon to clean up my hair and cut. The secondary salon said the best they could do was just clean it up and hope for it to grow as the damage was done. When friends saw my hair, they asked if I had cut my hair at home. It makes me sad to write this but I paid $300 for hair I had to go to another salon to fix.
