I did this the first time I ever used them, and it was a lifesaver. Because this is located in a large shopping complex, there's always plenty of parking available near the storefront. I also appreciate that they will send text messages from time to time with specials they're running. For instance, maybe they're doing a special where blazers are a lower price or a certain percentage off for a period of time.

Not only did they ruin several of my items, but they also had the audacity to lie about it when I confronted them. I brought in a delicate silk blouse and work pants in perfect condition, and it came back with noticeable stains and fabric damage. When I spoke to the staff, they insisted it was "already there" which was a complete lie. But the real issue came with my puffer coat--I pointed out some black markings at the bottom of the coat in the back that I needed to be taken out, it came back with the exact same markings but with ADDITIONAL visible chemical stains on the arm of the coat that was NEVER THERE. The stains were clearly from the cleaning process, and they refused to take responsibility. I told them I wasn't paying for the "service" to the coat, because the initial matter was not taken care of and it came back with additional damages. To make matters worse, they threatened to call the cops on me after I refused to pay and stated I was going to leave this review . The level of carelessness and dishonesty is unbelievable. I also brought the situation to my mom and she stated she experienced the same thing with them burning a hole in brand new items. Don't waste your time or money here; they clearly have no respect for your clothes. This place is a disaster and they are bullies and lack integrity.

She did not offer any apologies or a refund and said the stain would not be able to come out and she couldn't so anything else. The machines work well and aren't that out of date (they do not accept credit or debit), there is a change machine that accepts $1, $5, $10, and $20. ******Review update!!*****…read more So I ended up suing Tammis dry cleaning in small claims court through Henry county magistrate court due to my terrible service back in July. We had court this morning and I won! So, they hired a lawyer and I received a letter in August saying that they were basically trying to drop the lawsuit because the company named Tammy's dry cleaning was I believe a proprietor ship and basically they were trying to say that I was suing the wrong company or person. So what I did was I went forth with my lawsuit and they endEd up not showing up to court this morning and the judge sided with me. Initially, I sued for $500, $104 For my dry cleaning bill from July and an additional $400 for pain and suffering. The judge ended up awarding me a little over $200-$104 reimbursement for my bill and a little over $100 for my court fees. So I feel like this was a victory and I look forward to getting my money. I also want to say that if you have ever been treated unfairly particularly based off of your race then you should seek legal action because companies should be held responsible for mistreatment of patrons and they should be held accountable. I'm hoping that the dry cleaner closes down because it is unsanitary, nasty and the business there and the work done as a relates to cleaning clothes is very terrible.
