Excellent, genuine, old fashioned customer service by Joann today, explaining the various options for CBD usage. Did not try to sell me the most expensive, the input provided made sense. Better to buy CBD at a store such as this, instead of a "drug store," as there's personal attentiveness and knowledge that is less likely to find elsewhere. Recommended highly. read more

Your CBD Store in Santa Barbara is hands down the most professional and clean looking store ive ever come across. The owners Jessica and David and very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their products. I came in with a few questions that were answered very well. I got some CBD vape tincure, soft gummies, hard candies, and some topical lotions. I'm a veteran and I refuse to take opioids that are given from the VA and this a shop has truly helped me manage my pain. 11/10 would recommend read more

Check this place out!!! This little shop has it all! I discovered it last year and it's been my go to spot for quality CBD products ever since. I get CBD oil tinctures and water solubles for myself, and cbd treats for my cats and dog. They have samples for almost everything, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Devin! He's incredibly sweet and always super helpful, I tend to have a lot of questions about things such as dosing or differences between products, needless to say he always has the answers! There is a lot of perks to this store as well, they have a great memberships program with generous deals and reward points! read more

I have tried a few different brands of CBD and never really felt anything. I started taking Sunmed products consistantly in October of 2018 at the Thousand Oaks location of Your CBD Store. I had been prescribed anti anxiety medication and anti depressants which I did not like due to the side effects. I felt foggy and like I had more symptoms on top of the awful things I already felt. Within two weeks of taking Sunmed CBD I felt great! I noticed a huge difference in my symptoms. I don't think I would have had such a result had I not had such a great brand that has third party lab tests available to their customers for peace of mind. Also, the caring people at the Your CBD Store helping me figure out what product and all the information and help they offered. They are honestly amazing!!! I had a terrible time finding a solution to the pain in my knees. I don't like being under the spell of Narco so I was recommended by a friend to try SunMed's Topical cremé which they carry, and boy oh boy! I sampled the cremé in the store and within 10min I could feel the difference. Thank you Devin for all the patience and help. Will be back for more and for my cat. Highly recommended! read more

Ok...the cream is absolutely AMAZING! I had used the sample on one toe on my right foot and the blister vanished. I went back the next day and bought some to use on the blisters on my left foot. Although it was expensive, after using it the next day the blisters were gone. I think that I seem to have an allergic reaction to the Sunmed gummies which I bought, which is a bummer because I bought 3 large bags . read more

We were in Santa Barbara for the weekend and cruising State St. I saw a sign for CBD. So we pulled over and walked in. Right away I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store. The charts were so educational. Then Devin was the icing on the Customer Service cake. He explained each of the products, their cannabinoid content, their usage and any other questions we had. He even gave a suggestion for a lovely beach to visit. Customer service is really important to me and this business was a great example of good customer service and confidence in the product. Terra and Mike were amazing!! The store is very clean, and has a cute and open design. Mike was very professional and helped me find a variety of products, and answered a lot of my questions when it came to the science of CBD and CBG.
