It is something that I have spent a great dealing hearing about, but not enough time talking about openly with someone far more educated than myself on the matter. Their products were top notch and the variety offered is outstanding. I've been around cannabis for years, but I lack knowledge regarding cannabidiol and its modern application with patients. Richard was able to explain to me a lot of the nuance and answer the diversity questions I had. I would highly recommend Blue Coast Farms for any medicinal cannabis patient as they cater more towards the individual and are not just another cannabis delivery service. They take a great deal of pride in what they do and their presentation and product reflects this.

I appreciate all you do, and am grateful for your kindness & understanding. Support & love. The "happy, carefree" factor of visiting your shops should never wane. Regardless the circumstances. I'm invested in you, always. Thank you for caring, for paying attention, and for taking proactive measures to ameliorate any issues. YOU are all a part of the REASON I shop Farmacy exclusively. Truth be told, nearly every dispensary sells similar products at competitive pricing. What sets the stores apart...stores like The Farmacy, is the TEAM standing behind the brand. It will always be a critical deciding factor. Immeasurably so. You clearly take the time to carefully vette and attract great people, who believe in your MISSION and business foundation. These team members help to provide the top names and premiere products, at the best competitive prices, using elite & far superior customer service practices. The latter makes all the difference in the world. I have "tried" the others. They simply are not YOU. Just know with confidence that your team supersedes all other local SB dispensaries - hands down. It's simply the raw truth. From your security personnel (polished and professional) to your trusted and upbeat budtenders and Canna-Geniuses, you're SO FAR ahead of the pack. You're the quintessential "MUSK" of the cannabis industry (GHF). First group out of the local gates with a license for sales. That's a double-edged sword, which hopefully dulls on one edge over time. Thank you, for leading with kindness, tolerance, patience, and acceptance. You are all Badasses, and I appreciate every single one of you, from the greenhouses to the store. Every step is linked to the next. It takes a village. Farmacy continues to lead by example, dotting "i's" and crossing "T's" - in the name of regulations (always changing in these early stages). You cannot stop the onslaught of the massive waves...but you can definitely learn to surf. You've all become "slater" worthy, with the amount of surfing you've had to do in the cannabis climate. Thank you. I see you, and all of your struggle. I appreciate it all. We live in a time many believed would never arrive. It's nice - just to be a part of it all.

The young person who helped me pick out my goodies was so personable and fun to talk to. I appreciate when someone can tell me about a product honestly. All the above is worthy of 4 stars The reason I'm rating 1 star is because of the "sale" that was going on. They were verbally advertising 20% off everything. But the prices were more than regular prices. When I asked about the discount they said it was the printed price on the price sheet. I understand the tax is higher but claiming to have a "sale" happening to get your customers to buy more isn't cool at all.

They come up with the standard excuse of it being a new batch. So why haven't they updated their website to what the new batch is, which is much lower than what they are advertising. Once they hit the sale button on the register in the store and you happen to notice that the THC level is much much lower than what you thought you were buying from the website ad, they will refuse to refund your money, they just pat you on the back and say sorry sucker. California Business and Professions Code Section 17500, which states that it is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to make false or misleading statements in advertising materials. "The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Act, which applies nationwide. The FTC Act prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in commerce. In California, the FTC's principles are supplemented by state regulations, meaning companies must adhere to both federal and state guidelines when advertising their products. Companies need to be careful and transparent in their marketing efforts." The best part about this place is the security guard that is so stoned he can barely keep his eyes open and telling me that the California consumer protection laws, and the Federal Trade Commission laws do not apply to their store. Stoned security ( I'm guessing High School Dropout) giving out wrong legal advice. Don't shop at this store, they will scam you if they get the chance, and they will not refund your money even if the product hasn't been opened or you haven't even left the front sidewalk. They look at you as a sucker.

On the positive side, there's plenty of parking, the staff's knowledgeable and they have a wide selection. It's definitely a nice store. What bugs me about them is they're dodgy as hell when it comes to prices. I walked on a purchase because of this policy, but ended up shrugging it off. Later, I saw a great deal on their site, but learned their online prices don't always reflect the actual price. I showed the clerk the price on my phone and was told, "The price on our Website isn't always what we charge." Really? No I'm not kidding. You can do better.

First, a shout-out to the security guy. I didn't catch his name, but he was really chill, welcoming, and friendly. Honestly, he provided more customer service than the employees inside. There were five employees and only one customer -- me. I asked a few questions, and I was basically left standing there with no customer service or effort to help me. It honestly felt like they didn't want my business. I also didn't have cash or my physical debit card with me. I was planning to pay with my phone, like I normally do. I was simply told that I couldn't use my phone and that I needed my physical card or cash. No one mentioned whether there was an ATM available or if there was a nearby place where I could get cash. There was no attempt to help or offer any kind of solution. I understand that businesses have policies, and that's fine. But customer service matters. I made the decision to stop there, try a new dispensary, and spend my money there -- and the experience made me feel like my business wasn't wanted. So I'll be spending my money somewhere else. If I could give a 0, I would. The only reason I'm giving a 1 is because of the security guy. He was the one person who made me feel welcomed. Shout-out to him -- he deserves the credit.
