Great grocery store overall. They have a really solid selection of higher-quality health food…read morebrands and supplements, a great deli, and I love the lunch and salad bar . It's one of my favorite health, food stores in town and a grew place for lunch. My only complaint lately is the cold food and olive bar. The last few times I've been in , usually it seems to be happening after 4 o'clock, , I've seen unsupervised kids (today a group of 6-8 year olds , last time 16ish year olds ) grabbing food with their hands, licking their fingers, and going right back in for more. Basically double dipping their way through the olives, peppers, tomatoes, etc. The staff are busy, so this really comes down to parents keeping an eye on their kids or having some kind of guidelines. Love the store, just maybe inspect the olive bar and baby tomatoes before committing.

Their orange juice is also elite as they use California oranges, it was so good we went back in for more. For the most part, the employees here are very friendly (with the exception of the juice bar people this day), and efficient. I like that they had dairy free chorizo breakfast burritos, but unfortunately it was not very good. Tuna Pokes were also not good either. Clean store with lots of offerings but a terrible slanted parking lot. Great place to stop in for a quick bite on the go.

What I love about Tru Heal is the emphasis on quality products and how they are organic. I ended up purchasing some CBD oil (not to be mistaken with THC!) droppers after visiting a salon downstairs. It's mainly a small grocery store carrying unique items from all over the place. Most of the items I recall seeing were spices and sauces. Grabbed a kombucha drink from some fancy brand and it was really good. Definitely not your everyday grocery store to stock up on food, but a great place to get some unique gifts.
