    Cutting board

The Eddy is my go to spot for thoughtful gifts. While the shop is quite small, you can still easily spend an hour in there looking at everything! I love their NA drink options, Swedish candy, and cutting boards.

A corner store with a hip international foodie twist. For example: yes, they have Heinz ketchup -- but it's organic. And they have harissa, too. You see? Not a huge stock, but lots of interesting items, many imported. Some fresh produce (lots of garlic!), and a cooler, too. They do not have a kitchen, but they do sell sandwiches (they were out when I stopped by, so I can't tell you what they looked like) and other suitable-for-a-picnic stuff. A few tables for outside dining. In the architecturally pleasing Spanish-style building across from the Historical Museum, that used to be the Bead Shop.

I must mention their prices are also super fair and you can get a great deal on high quality items!! I am not from here, but I am a frequent visitor. I have always had a difficult time sourcing Asian grocery items until I discovered this spot. Their store holds so many surprises within its aisles. From dozens of varieties of soy sauce to specialty frozen foods and ceremonial fruits, Nikka has it all! I was looking for ingredients to make Lu Rou fan, a Taiwanese traditional braised pork, and was struggling to find the ingredients elsewhere. I came in looking for 2 types of soy sauce, shiitake mushrooms, and vegetables. They had it all! A very wonderful, kind woman assisted me and pointed me to exactly what I needed. We also had a sweet conversation about taiyaki, which I was also able to buy from here. I'm so sad I didn't get her name! If you are reading this, thank you for the help!! I have been back a few times since my first visit and each time I go it is awesome! If you are looking for specialty items or just want a new place to get groceries, stop here!!! :)

The staff are incredibly nice and they were very attentive to us when we arrived. We were able to enjoy an outdoor table and the food blew us away! I ordered the Jajangmyeon noodle dish at the register and took a seat. It came with a dish of yellow radish. The Jajangmyeon had julienned cucumber on top. The sauce for this dish is supposed to be thick. Unfortunately, I was served a version that was very thin and oily. The sauce had tiny pieces of diced overcooked pork and a just a small pieces of zucchini. Other than that the rest was slices of blackened onions. The cost was also expensive at $15.95 before tax. This was the most I have ever paid for this dish and the quality was inferior and there wasn't enough veggies in the sauce. Between the pork and zucchini, I estimate it was less than a 1/4 cup. So essentially the dish was mainly noodles in with a sauce filled with onions.

I'd been doing Instacart orders from them but first time physically inside this weekend to check them out. The inside was super super clean. Major points there! In the time I was shopping around they had plenty of staff working, floors being mopped and all of the aisles were well organized and pretty. This market is a pretty standard Asian goods focused grocery store. I found about 85% of what I wanted here. I wish they had a premium sushi section and some more Hawaiian imported goods (aside from juices and sauces) but otherwise I was able to find everything I was looking for. Their hot bar is also solid. A wide selection of items to pick and I felt the pricing was reasonable. Actually throughout the whole store the prices are good compared to other grocery stores right now. I had a full bag of items for $50, good luck elsewhere getting those kinds of prices. I didn't have too much of an interaction with the staff while there, but again, lots of people working and keeping this spot in tip top shape. Also the woman working the register who checked me out was very nice. A great supermarket and I'll definitely be back more often now since checking them out.

My friend and I arrived at 8pm, checked into the event with a free ticket she downloaded from another app (I unfortunately for got the name of the app). It was pretty busy already with folks enjoying the DJ's tunes, filipino food and overall vibes. I bought the traditional Halo halo dessert (see my pic) and it was decent. Through out the night there was free gifts, contests and lots of dancing. Overall fun family event to enjoy. Seafood City is located in a strip mall. Lots of free parking. I occasionally shop here for speciality asian items that I couldn't find at Island Pacific. Prices are a bit steeper here. Service is decent here, for both the food court and supermarket.

We had never been there before so we were excited. It's a little tiny place, but they have a lot of things that are much needed when doing Filipino foods. So we spent some time browsing and shopping. We love little mom & pop type businesses. We always want to support these types of business. We ordered some of their hot food for lunch and my favorite thing was the Bao. Ohhhh it was so good. Definitely will be back. I want to try their pancit, but when we arrived they had just sold out. We will be coming back at some point, it's far away for us, but when in the area, we are surely going to pop in to get some food to take home.

I placed an order for 6 large trays of food two days in advance. I believe you can call to order, but I contacted them via Facebook Messenger which was super convenient. The market itself is small with a limited selection of Filipino ingredients, condiments, and snacks, but it's very clean and well-organized! Service was impeccable; everything was ready to pick up in a timely manner, and the trays came seran-wrapped, covered in foil, and placed in boxes to keep the food warm and prevent spillage. All the workers there are super nice -- one of them even helped load the heavy trays into my car :) Everything was delicious, ESPECIALLY their homemade lumpia (which comes with the sweet chili sauce on the side). Their pancit was pretty flavorful (and came with sliced lemons), and their beef caldereta was good as well. I'd definitely come back to try their pork BBQ and turon!!
