Within 10-14 days on the regimen Bernard suggested, they got so much better. Another family member has serious autoimmune issues (lupus, alopecia, dermatitis) and had barely been able to get out of bed for over a year. This person did not want to take the pharmaceuticals the doctors wanted to prescribe. They too went to see Bernard and his amazing team and no joke within 1 month they were out of bed, able to go on walks, able to participate in activities again, take care of their home and start to heal beyond words. They are even back in school. The ONLY time this family member had gotten sick since starting the lupus/alopecia regimen was when they ran out of the vitamins for a week and a half. The most wild part about it is that the vitamins cost around the same as a co pay for pharmaceuticals.
