As I waited at the window, an employee quickly peeks her head around to see if I was still there. Why not engage with me the first moment you saw me instead of hiding and hoping I would leave? After 5 more minutes, a different employee comes to tell me they are closed. I told her I was in line prior to closing and she said 'the system automatically shuts down at closing time.' When I asked if I could even check to see if my medication was ready, she said she couldn't because the system had already shut down. If it does automatically shut down at closing as stated, then a lot of people would not be able to complete the transaction they are in the middle of, or service people who were in line prior to closing. If that is true, then they should post that. The rest of my family had to switch to HEB pharmacy because of my wife's insurance. I will be check my insurance to see if switching there is a possibility. They are always kind and helpful.

Now they don't serve them anymore. I used to always stop there to get a few Powerade or Gatorade drinks for the road. They don't sell those anymore. The last time I stopped there for a Powerade, they said the only fruit-type drink available was Calypso. I reluctantly order one of the Calypso drinks and the kid proceeds to hand me a HOT one. It's 120 degrees outside and they give me a hot drink. I asked him why he gave me a hot Calypso and he said sorry and gave me a small cup of ice for my troubles. That's not going to win you any customers. I also forgot to add that I came up one morning to try the new chicken biscuit sandwich. This was around 830 or 845. So I was assuming that they'd have plenty of breakfast ready. Nope. They told me it was going to take 20 minutes to make the sandwich. Luckily I had to stop home and was going to pass by again, so I told them I'd be back. I reluctantly came back to get the sandwich. It was tasty, but it shouldn't have taken 20 minutes to make it. Forty minutes later my bank sends me a message that my card has been hacked into and someone tried using it at an Ace Hardware Store in Oak Book, Illinois for $831.00.
