To say that she is unprofessional, is laughable! She is the most meticulous person about her work. Her front desk receptionist/assistant, is one of the sweetest and most understanding people I've encountered. My tans are always great. That is, unless I mess something up. Don't get wet! That is the key. If you don't show up with the right clothing afterward and if you don't read the clearly defined instructions that she has given, then your tan will look splotchy. It's just a fact. Everyone's body composition is different. No human skin is evenly absorbent from top to bottom. You have to be realistic in the fact that some places may have more absorption. She isn't the creator of human kind capable of changing you seamlessly into a bronze sculpture for eternity, for $45. She is THE master of spray tans. Kendall is the one that always says to come back if anything looks weird. She has offered to fix tans for me for free when it was clearly my mistake. (I used a silicone stick-on bra within the first 24 hours! Ha ha ha) If you're the type of person that always pushes the envelope and runs late, if you don't read the way she accepts payments, and if you don't follow her instructions, you're not going to have a great experience. Because she is professional and she isn't going to make her next (responsible) client suffer because you were inconsiderate. It's okay, don't come back. She deserves to have a better clientele. I guarantee 100% that no one walks into Bronze De Beaut and doesn't feel welcomed and treated like you're part of her family. My tans with her have been nothing but amazing! And they will continue to be so. Anyone writing any negative reviews about this business are probably not accepting their own faults in the situation, because Kendal may be the only professional alive that can make a Scottish woman realistically look tan, within 15 minutes & feel comfortable and confident whilst assuming the "under-booty" position. :) Big love Kendal -shade out those haters- you're amazing!

I don't have allergies (they even subtly said how I should have read the ingredients before trying...like that would have made me think twice since I didn't have known allergies) so I called my dermatologist $$ plus was given cream $$....so since you cannot get in asap with an office visit I was 11 days when I tried to return plus $100 out for the office visit. She did say I can have a discounted service....so spend more money. So just a heads up to not purchase products unless you have used them before and like paying the higher price. I was a little disappointed that they couldn't do better, but lesson learned.

Talked me through the process so I would know what to expect since my eyes would be closed. The whole appointment took about an hour and 15 minutes. It was super easy and the end results looked amazing! Machell said the treatment lasts about 3 months. I 100% plan to go back in a few months and have this procedure done again. My lashes looked great! They were curled upwards and looked like I had mascara on. I highly recommend!
