I had an excellent experience on both times. On my first visit was at night. I purchased a pair of Ray-Bans for my Sweetie since he had forgotten his sunglasses. He was going to pick up a cheap pair but I wouldn't hear any of it. I think cheap pairs would do more harm than good on your eyes. Before the purchase, they cleaned the glasses for my Sweetie and he was happy. On my second visit, I was just going for a stroll through Disney Springs during the day on my own and happened to take a peek in the store. I fell in love with a pair of Versace sunglasses. It was a spur of the moment purchase. I didn't have my Sunglass Hut credit card with me but that wasn't an issue as the staff was able to pull it up with certain pieces of information.

The shop is clean and very well organized with all the different brands and prices. The staff has typically been one individual and he has always been pleasant and attentive. He has a good knowledge of the different brands and can be very helpful in your purchases. I have been several times and have always had consistent good service. I will return in the future and would recommend anyone looking for low to high end eyewear.

I was told that in a week to ten days, they will have my contacts, and I would have to wear them for a week before they could finalize my prescription. A week later, I called, and they hadn't arrived. I have a high prescription and need my contacts. Ten days later, nothing yet, but it should be a day or two. Two weeks later, nothing yet. Now it's three weeks later and I called them an hour ago. I was told to hold while they checked whether they arrived. 20 minutes on hold later my call is routed to a machine that says they are now closed. It is Noon! Then it forwarded me to a voicemail, and then it said I couldn't leave a voicemail because the voicemails are full. Who is in charge and running this place? I've called back and am still on hold for over 30 minutes. I should have taken note of the bad service; all I needed was my contact prescription. As someone who's been wearing contacts for 30 years, this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will update this to note how long it took to resolve.

After visiting across the street, I went to the main outlet mall area. It's a good place to get your steps in. There are a lot of stores, a food court and lots of tourists pushing luggage around, parking is parking. So just make sure to put your patient pants on. Still don't care for this mall and it's pretty aged at 26 years old. It looks older and I've been to older malls.

This side of the loop has Kohl's, Old Navy, Journey's, Petco, a movie theater, Chilli's, Chiptole's and a new noodles and company among others. They also have the big red bus here on most weekends giving away movie tickets if you donate. A few of the stores have closed down to move to the new centerview side closer to OBT. The traffic here is horrendous. The entrances and exits on to the main roads can not handle the volume of cars. Need more directional devices such as stop lights. With the stores between all three sections, there is no reason to go to the mega malls. You should be able to find anything you are looking for.
